Can Corme is a beautifully restored holiday villa in Pollensa Mallorca, offering an exceptional combination of countryside tranquillity and easy access to the historic town centre. Located in the sought-after Ternelles area, less than 1 km from Pollensa old town, this elegant finca is surrounded by nature, extensive gardens and stunning views towards the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains.



Carefully renovated whilst preserving many original architectural features, the villa blends authentic Mallorcan character with contemporary comfort. The impressive stone façade, traditional details and high-quality furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere that is ideal for families and groups seeking a relaxing stay in north Mallorca.



Inside, the villa accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The spacious living room overlooks the gardens and features comfortable sofas, a traditional fireplace, a flat-screen television and a cosy library corner. The large kitchen and dining area has been designed for both everyday living and entertaining, featuring a breakfast bar, professional gas hob, large oven, fridge-freezer with ice machine and all the appliances required for a comfortable stay.



On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, together with a family playroom, separate television room and laundry facilities. Upstairs, guests will find three further bedrooms, including two doubles and one twin room, along with three additional bathrooms, two of which are en suite. All bedrooms enjoy lovely countryside views and are beautifully furnished. Air conditioning throughout the villa and gas oil central heating ensure year-round comfort.



Outside, Can Corme offers generous living space designed around Mallorca's outdoor lifestyle. A large covered terrace provides the perfect setting for long lunches and relaxed evenings, complete with a spacious barbecue area and a traditional Mallorcan clay oven. The large dining table comfortably accommodates the whole group for memorable meals together.



The impressive heated saltwater swimming pool measures approximately 11m x 5m and is surrounded by spacious sun terraces with loungers and parasols. The pool can be heated on request for an additional supplement and also benefits from a solar cover. For families travelling with young children, a pool fence can be arranged on request.



The extensive 16,000 m² grounds further enhance the sense of privacy and space. Guests can stroll amongst the property's olive grove with more than 180 organic olive trees or enjoy fresh oranges, mandarins and lemons from the orchard during their stay.



One of the villa's greatest attractions is its location. The centre of Pollensa can be reached on foot in approximately 15–20 minutes via a pleasant walk through the countryside and past the historic Pont Romà. Within a short drive, guests can also reach the beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicenç, as well as the spectacular Cap de Formentor peninsula.



For walkers, cyclists and golfers, Can Corme provides an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area, with numerous cycling routes, mountain trails, Pollensa Golf Course and the renowned Alcanada Golf Course all within easy reach.

SECOND STAY @ CAN CORME

The villa and gardens are excellent, a beautiful place to spend all day in the sunshine. Great aircon and wifi indoors, TV works well, lounge area is nice and the bedrooms all comfy. Lots of very well maintained outdoor space including the new chillout area which is ideally placed for the last rays of sun. The walk into town is an easy 20 minutes although we did find El Perrito (recommended by both Manzanas y Peras and Numero Ocho) which is a really great wee corner cafe much closer to the villa. And finally the service from Joan is second to none, he is very good at his job.
