This fully equipped third floor apartment stands out for it's amazing location. Situated in the first line of the Puerto Pollensa beachfront, you will enjoy amazing mountain and sea views from the large terrace. The indoor of the apartment has everything that you would need to enjoy a nice holiday escape here in this lovely town. The apartment has a maximum capacity for 6 guests, with 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything necesary to make you feel like you are cooking a meal at your own home. There are air aconditioning units in all the bedrooms, and also in the living room area. There is free wifi and there is also Satelite TV.



The Anita apartments are just a stone’s throw from the main square which hosts the weekly Wednesday morning market. Here you will also find some wonderful bars and restaurants. The square comes alive in the evenings with a lively atmosphere during the summer months.

Perfect position. Well equipped kitchen. Apartment was clean but a little tired.Sofas were old and covers were a bit tacky.Bathroom recently refurbished but water in showers did not drain away fast enough resulting in flooded floors. However we loved it and would book again.

Disappointing

Large apartment but with absolutely no decoration. Blank white walls and looked like someone had just put in the very basics eg table, chairs, beds etc Hairdryer and toaster both faulty and had to be replaced. No sunbeds on balcony but we're later provided. No ironing board initially. Patio door didn't lock TV very old so poor channel selection and the inability to change language.Needs a lot of TLC before I would even dream of returning despite the wonderful view.Not worth the price paid.

Sea front Peurto Pollensa

The location is perfect for all restaurants, the square and the beach. The apartment looks recently refurbished with very well equiped kitchen and two bathrooms.Our only small criticism is the booking procedure seemed disorganised. We were asked for the same information more than once.

Great Location, nice apartment.

The location of the apartment was great.. 2 minutes to rhe beach and only a few minutes walk to great restaurants and shops the apartment was SO clean and had everything we needed for a great stay, the view from the balcony was fabulous and JS Rentals on gand to answer any questions.
