This magnificent Villa with stunning views to the sea is located in one of the most exclusive resorts of Puerto Pollensa, El Vila. The old town of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa beach and Cala San Vincente are also just a few minutes drive away. This impressive Villa combines the perfect mixture between modern and traditional furnishings. 3 bright and airy bedrooms, 2 fully equipped bathrooms, a private swimming pool, one of the most beautiful views from the covered terrace, a BBQ with dining and Mediterranean garden are the impressive highlights of Villa El Vila.

The large and modern furnished living and dining area is simply impressive, equipped with a typical fireplace, flat screen TV, wooden beamed ceiling and lovely decoration details from the island. Double terrace doors open onto the fantastic covered terrace with eating area overlooking the whole bay of Pollensa. Simply breathtaking !The independent and fully equipped kitchen is comfortable and has a small seating area.



Similarly to the living area of Villa El Vila, the 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other one with a double and a single bed, have the traditional beamed ceiling and sufficient places of storage with views to the garden area. The remaining double bedroom is traditionally decorated and has a stunning view up to the sea. There is one modern bathroom with shower and a classic one with bath complete this lovely property.



All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.



The villa is accessed through double gates with a stone drive way extending to the upper level and parking.



In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.



Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing. In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.

Great villa and location. Clean and tidy and well stocked with places to sit and take in the views. Owl Booking were really helpful all the way through. Sharper knives for the kitchen would be really helpful.

Location, Seaview, terrasse Madrasses to sunbeds was missing . Sunbeds was very hard. The tabletennis was locked in a garage but the Owl Office helped us so we could Play.

We have just had 2 weeks of pure pleasure tge Villa is beautiful spacious and well equipped. Perfect for us The towels could do with improving bigger and fluffier. The bedding is a bit tired a higher thread count . But apart from that perfect .

Absolutely wonderful.

Villa El Vila is an absolutely stunning property with so much rustic Spanish culture and charm. The beds are comfortable and the villa was spotlessly clean, kitchen was well equipped, there are plenty of seating areas and the views are just out of this world. It’s in a fantastic location 5 minute drive from shops, bars restaurants, the beach. Beautiful place we’ll definitely return! The sun beds are painfully uncomfortable, some cushions for them would be perfect. The drive is VERY narrow with low trees. We recommend parking on the road!

The Villa is in a fantastic location with amazing views of the Pollensa Bay. We also appreciated a lot of space inside and outside of the property. Its quirkiness also adds to the experience although it might not be to everyone's taste. Great pool area although unfortunately due to not a great weather we couldn't use it much. Must be fantastic in the high season though. We very much appreciate all the contact we had with Owl booking team, great customer service! The Villa could use some updating, especially the kitchen. It was a great value for money in low season but seeing how much it costs during high season we wouldn't choose it during this time.

A lovely week at Villa Vila

Fabulous location with great views. Plenty of space. We especially enjoyed the roomy outdoor terass overlooking the pool and where we could enjoy the view over Puerto Pollenca and the sea. Easy to check in, even when we arrived very late and in the dark. Although the Villa had everything we needed, the kitchen is a little dated and in need of repair. A few pieces of the outdoor furniture were in need of repair and attention. Some of the chairs around the outdoor dining table were broken and uncomfortable. The toilet in the bigger bathroom didn’t flush very well and took forever to fill up again. The access to the house was very steep and the stairs up to the front door difficult. I would have wished for a sturdier hand rail and on both sides of the steps. I don’t remember this mentioned in the info. It didn’t pose too much of a difficulty but I think it would be useful to mention in the info about the accommodation. None of the above takes away the fact that it was a great place!

Die Unterkunft war sauber, großzügig und gemütlich. Es war alles ausreichend vorhanden. Die Anlage war sauber und gepflegt. Der hatte eine maximale Tiefe von 1,5m, somit auch für Kinder geeignet. Trotz umliegender Nachbarn war es sehr ruhig. Der Ausblick von der Terasse auf die Bucht war einfach traumhaft.

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Das Objekt ist sehr schön an einem Berghang gelegen und hat eine atemberaubend schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse auf das Meer und die umliegende Landschaft...Als wir ankamen, roch es im Haus ein wenig modrig, was aber auch daran gelegen haben kann, dass es vielleicht längere Zeit vorher nicht bewohnt war... Sauberkeit war im Großen und Ganzen gegeben, Bettwäsche war allerdings fleckig. Das hat auf mich einen unsauberen, ekligen Eindruck gemacht!! Bitte unbedingt beachten, dass nur die Schlafräume über eine Klimaanlage / Heizung verfügen!! Wir haben (Ende April) in den anderen Räumen des Hauses gefroren. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, wir könnten die Heizkörper in der Zeit von 07.00-09.00 Uhr am Vormittag und am Abend nutzen, was dann aber nicht funktionierte... Wir hatten den Eindruck, es handelt sich um einen sehr geizigen Hauseigentümer...

Traumhafte Finca

Wunderbar ursprüngliche, gemütliche Finca mit großartigem Ausblick und großzügigem Garten in toller Lage. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Agentur, die per WhatsApp immer schnell reagiert hat (Danke für die Tischtennisschläger ;)). Nur die Mücken haben uns geärgert, ansonsten ein Traumurlaub bei ganz viel Sonne im Herbst.

Auszeit mit Freunden

Wir haben eine Woche in der tollen Finca verbracht und waren rund um zufrieden. Es ist nur wichtig Mückenspray einzupacken, denn nun sind wir alle zerstochen. Der Grillplatz ist super und der Ausblick ein Traum, der Pool lädt für tolle Nachmittage ein. Die Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert und es war alles sehr schön angelegt und sauber. Bei Rückfragen stand der Anbieter auf deutsch per WhatsApp jederzeit zur Verfügung, mega gut. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen.

Super mooi vakantie huis

Dit is een aanrader super mooi vakantie huis. Gelegen op een berg met een geweldig uitzicht. Gezellige veranda met uitzicht op zee. De foto’s die liegen niet zo is het in de werkelijkheid. Huis is netjes en goed verzorgd, tevens is de tuin om het huis heen ook mooi en verzorgd. Wij hebben superrrr genoten van deze vakantie in dit huis.

Villa mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in der Villa El Vila. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war sehr nett. Vorab wurden alle notwendigen Infos zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch während des Aufenthaltes genügte eine kurz E-Mail und Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Der große Garten mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt und die beiden Terrassen sind wunderbar. Ein Auto ist notwendig, jedoch kommt man dann überall hin, weil die Villa gut gelegen ist. Die Betten im Haus sind mit 1,80 m für einige Gäste sehr kurz.

De tuin en de diverse terrassen zijn prachtig.Keuze uit schaduw en zon. Mooi uitzicht.Leuk zwembad. Een minpunt vonden we de bedden, die zijn gewoon te kort.
