The renovated holiday home extends over 2 floors and is situated on a large plot of land with several villas lined up and sharing one pool area. The villa has a bright living/dining room, a very well-equipped modern kitchen overlooking the garden, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and a bunk bed for 2 people and one with a double bed) as well as 2 bathrooms with showers and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Outside you will find a loggia with garden furniture and a barbecue, a beautiful Mediterranean garden and a shared pool area with outdoor showers and a children's pool.
