Catalina Petit is a country house located in a rural and quiet area between the towns of Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa. The villa is traditional in style, with wooden beams, rustic furniture and white walls. The interior of the house is accessed through a covered terrace. We directly enter the living room, which is equipped with satellite TV and DVD. The kitchen is separated from the dining room by a breakfast bar, and consists of a gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and other kitchen utensils. A small hall separated by a small portal gives access to the rooms. Specifically, there is a double room and a room with two beds. Both share a full bathroom and are equipped with built-in wardrobes.Outside the house you can breathe a rural atmosphere, typical of the Mallorcan countryside. Furthermore, as Catalina Petit is close to the towns of Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa, we can find a large selection of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets just a few minutes by car. The exterior of the house is completed by a swimming pool surrounded by a garden with grass, and a barbecue, perfect for lovers of outdoor cooking.
