VILLA FAR- 15 MIN WALK TO THE BEACH

You will fall in love with Villa Far, a typical Mediterranean Villa with big private pool and lovely gardens, situated only a 15 minutes walk to one of the nicest beaches of Port Pollensa. The spacious 180m2 Villa on 2 floors is fully equipped and lovely furnished and is the perfect holiday home for families and Friends. One of the most obvious highlight is the charming countryside setting and the outside area with a shaded terrace and BBQ and the big refreshing Pool. Air conditioning in all bedrooms & free WiFi are included.



The outside space at Villa Far is perfect for enjoying a swim or sunbathing. Relaxing or eating at the Villa you can enjoy views of the silhouette of the Tramuntana Mountains and the surrounding of the open country side. The table and chairs is shaded from the sun and the fantastic BBQ guarantees memorable grill events.



The living space has a traditional Spanish vibe and offers comfortable sofas to disconnect while watching one of your favorite TV series on the big TV flat-screen. There is also a comfortable dining area, with patio doors opening onto the terrace. The wooden kitchen is fully equipped with all devices to prepare nice meals & dinners.



All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.



There are 2 bathrooms with shower and one with bathtub.

In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the Pollença market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.



Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.



In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
