B A S E C A M P church is located near the waterfront of famous Flathead Lake. Adjacent to public beach access, the Polson Bay Golf Course and the quaint Main Street in downtown Polson, Montana. Come experience this one of a kind, old world church with all the modern amenities.

Walk through the double doors in to the foyer with the steeple above (not currently accessible). This opens up to the main living area with tall ceilings, an electric fireplace, and a flat screen TV where you can live stream your favorite shows or enjoy the Sonos surround sound system.

The fully renovated kitchen provides the perfect space for entertaining and cooking. There are Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, double wall ovens and a six burner gas cooktop as well as a large kitchen sink (with disposal), a prep sink (with disposal), a fully stocked kitchen and ample room for storage. The kitchen island is a feature of the home and can comfortably seat six. The three pendants above the island are historic to the church and classically repurposed.

The dining room is perfect for large groups and can comfortably seat ten.

Also located on the main floor are three bedrooms with generous closet space, two full baths, a laundry area, and a small office area.

Bedroom One - Master bedroom suite with a king bed, walk in closet, linen closet, reading chair and armoire. Attached is a 5-piece master bath with clawfoot tub, and walk in shower with rain head. Everything you need to provide a comfortable, luxury experience after a full day of adventure in the Flathead Valley.

Bedroom Two - Queen size bed, closet and side chair and adjacent bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Bedroom Three/Laundry Room - Queen size bed, closet and Maytag washer and dryer

On the second floor there is an open loft space that serves as a second living room and bedroom space. You are able to sleep 3-5 people in this space with three twin size beds, oversized sofa, chair with ottoman, floor reading area, and flat screen TV. This is labeled as Bedroom 4 in the photos.

We also have an additional queen air mattress as needed. To make travel easy for you, we can provide a pack-n-play upon request.

The church is located in an up-and-coming neighborhood, close to parks, Polson Bay Golf Course, public water access, stores, restaurants, local breweries, local coffee houses, bars and an hour and twenty minute drive to Glacier National Park and/or Whitefish Mountain Resort.

. landscaping and outdoor property upgrades! This property was purchased in Winter of 2022 and as soon as the weather warms we are planning on installing a zeroscape area with a propane firepit. See the inspirational photos in listing. To be completed by mid June!

Beautifully Decorated

First impression was really good, but by the time all of our party of 11 had arrived and we were trying to find beds for everyone it turned to frustration. The property is listed to accommodate up to 15 people, yes if 2 are infants and 4 are willing to sleep on the floor! There was a queen air mattress and a couple of small pads (child size). We also found a twin air mattress. But the queen pull-out sofa bed in the main living room does not exist and the double pull-out sofa bed up in the loft does not exist either, even though it is stated in the description. The kitchen was fantastic and well stocked with dishes, cooking pans, various small appliances, utensils and even things like ziploc bags, foil, and plastic wrap. There is a washer and dryer which is very handy. Two bathrooms are workable but if you are maxing out capacity be prepared to monitor the bathroom hogs. This location was perfect for us. It is close to beach and marina access for the lake. Golfing, Casino, and other activities are nearby.

Best VRBO We've Ever Stayed In!

This church has been fully renovated, superbly decorated, well appointed and stocked, and very accommodating for our group of 8 adults in town for a wedding! The kitchen had everything we needed, including k-cups, sugar, salt/pepper and oils needed to cook anything we wanted. The bathrooms had plenty of towels (nice quality), but bring your own soap, shampoo and conditioner. The seating was plentiful for meals and the living room was very comfortable for an evening in front of the fire feature. Loved the open community areas - very inclusive! Check in and departure was simple. The info book for the rental was clear and concise and could be read through in 5 minutes. The lake is a short 2 minute walk. Polson is a quaint and friendly town with several grocery stores, liquor store and place to eat and drink nearby. Highly, highly recommend this location! Items to note: the loft sleeping area is open to the kitchen/living room so maybe have early risers sleep there. Also, one of the two bathrooms is within the master bedroom, which required some coordination for showers etc. We found Polson to be centrally located. We flew into Missoula (1 hr 15 min drive). The wedding was in St Ignatius (35 min drive). We drove to the west gate of Glacier (3 hour drive round trip) and also visited Kallispell one day (3 hr round trip). All drives are scenic! Would definitely stay here again!

Immaculate, comfortable, well equipped gathering space

This property was absolutely perfect to use as a base place for my son’s wedding weekend in Montana. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and space to gather. House is incredibly well equipped and extremely clean. We did not prepare meals there but took note of how well stocked the kitchen was for a future visit. Loved the separation of space to get ready and to relax in after long days. The tub is master was an added treat. Owner was responsive and helpful. Met the neighbors who were sweet and kind to converse with as well. We absolutely plan to book again. We were not disappointed. This home is a gem.

Week Long Wedding

My (now) wife and I came to Polson to get married at Finley Point. Us and a couple friends stayed at the church for a week and it was the best time we’ve had in Polson yet. The church is very clean, really beautiful, and incredibly spacious. The church is also very close to downtown which made walking to different resteraunts, bars, and shops super easy. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay while in town!
