No early check-in. Upgrade to vast Suite not really needed for our one-day stay. Intense green flashing light in bedroom for all of night.We were too tired to call reception. Outside pool cold.Jacuzzi next to inside pool tepid but nice. Non-working sauna. Staff tries very hard to please. Hotel is convenient to airport and waterfront, and has covered parking.

Great support at the front desk. Leandro was so helpful. Michelle and Ricardo at the lounge both made amazing drinks! I may have forgotten my ear pods there and the team looked long and hard for them; they communicated greatly about that issue.

Fine but not for the price

The hotel is fine, but not worth the 4-star description and price. Firstly there are at-cost extras, e.g. €9 per day car parking not included in the overnight price, and €3 swimming cap MANDATORY for using the indoor pool, hot tub, etc. Our room service each day missed at least one thing, e.g. not replacing dirty towels and just hanging them back up messily, not replenishing the coffee pods, not changing the sheets. The only hot drink facilities in the room was a coffee pod machine with tiny mugs, so no kettle or tea, biscuits, etc. Buffet dinners included no vegetarian options. The outdoor pool (the only one available if you don't have a swimming cap) closed quite early - 2 hours before the indoor facilities. And there was no one around the day I needed pool towels - no towels and no service for around 20 mins.

Fantastic stay! It was my wife’s birthday during our stay. I had asked the hotel could they do something to help celebrate & they provided a complimentary cake, which was delicious, & a bottle of sparkling wine in our room. Breakfast was very good as was bar snack at the pool. Shout out to Michelle on the bar brilliant friendly service.

Azoris Royal Garden offered us exactly what we wanted for our visit to the Azores. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. After a long day touring the swimming pool and hot tub were a welcome sight. We took the Breakfast option and it was excellent. Lots of different foods to chose from and a beautiful dining room. The location was an easy walk to centre of Ponta Delgada and to many good restaurants. The check in and check out was very smooth .

Though stayed a short day at this hotel, we absolutely loved it. The hotel was very clean, the food options were great, tasty, and overall really good choice and variety. This hotel is super clean, we never had any issues with the room. We also enjoy the very easy parking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I am sure I will be returning to this one again in the future. Good job and thank you Azoris Royal Garden.

El hotel está muy bien. Nuevo, comodo y bonito. Bien ubicado. El desayuno excelente. Recomendable. La piscina cubierta esta bien, el spa es sencillo, dolo un jacuzzi para unas 6 persinas, no hay mas. No sexpuede considerar spa. Nobhsy chorros en la piscina.... pero hay sauna.
