Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.Den Gartenbereich konnte man nicht nutzen, weil die Terrasse, gegenüber gelegen, komplett mit Sperrmüll vollgestellt war und der kleine Garten sehr ungepflegt war. Der Grill war nicht nutzbar, verrostet und schmutzig.

Modernes Haus mit toller Ausstattung

Pros: Das Haus war neu und hatte eine moderne und hochwertige Ausstattung. Tolle Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden, sehr ruhige Lage.Luftentfeuchter ebenfalls vorhanden. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist gut zu erreichen und hat sich direkt gekümmert, als das WLan ausgefallen ist. Sehr ruhige Umgebung- man trifft nur ein paar Anwohner und Bauern auf den Feldern. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Cons: Die Anfahrt über steile und enge Straßen ist schon etwas beschwerlich, das Häuschen liegt sehr weit oben und abgelegen. Dafür ist es dort sehr ruhig. Leider waren der Garten und der Grill nicht nutzbar, da im Garten viele Möbel und Kartons standen und der Garten einfach nur zugewachsen und ungepflegt war. Zudem befand sich aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit Schimmel an den Fenstern und der Decke im Flur. Auf beides haben wir den Vermieter hingewiesen, ohne dass eine Handlung folgte. Schade! Meer kann man zwar in der Ferne ein bisschen sehen, doch auf dem kleinen Balkon gibt es keine Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeit.
