The main living area is designed for connection, with an open layout that flows seamlessly to the oceanfront deck. Comfortable seating and an HDTV create a relaxed setting for movie nights or casual downtime. Just beyond, the large balcony offers space to take in the views, whether you’re starting your day outdoors or settling in after a day by the water.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with ample space to cook and gather. A breakfast bar provides a spot for quick bites, while two dining tables offer room for shared meals and conversation. Everything is arranged to make dining together easy and comfortable.

Sleeping Arrangements
This 5-bedroom home accommodates up to 12 guests across three levels.

Third floor - Three ocean-facing bedrooms with balcony access, including a primary king suite with an ensuite bathroom and two queen bedrooms sharing a hallway bath.
Ground floor - A king bedroom offers a quieter retreat, while the bunkroom features two full-over-twin bunks with pull-out trundles in a spacious, kid-friendly setting.
Each bedroom includes bed linens, storage, and ceiling fans for added comfort.

Work & Flex Space
A dedicated workspace provides a quiet area for catching up on work or reading, offering flexibility for longer stays or remote work needs.

Outdoor Living & Beach Access
Step outside to enjoy the oceanfront deck or follow the private path directly to the beach. Whether you’re taking a walk along the shoreline or simply enjoying the coastal air, the waterfront setting is always within reach. A patio or balcony area extends your living space outdoors, creating multiple places to relax.

Amenities & Essentials
Your stay includes Wifi, air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer, and bathroom essentials. The home also features a private entrance, free driveway parking on premises - 3 spaces, and self check-in with a keypad for a smooth arrival. Safety features such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are in place for added peace of mind.

Set directly on the waterfront, this home offers a comfortable coastal setting where time is shaped by the tide and the view is always front and center.
