Amenities include Wi-Fi, private TV, washing machine, homemade olive oil, and family-friendly facilities such as 3 cribs and 2 high chairs available on request.



Outside, you can relax in the private garden surrounded by olive trees or on the covered terrace with panoramic views of the Tuscan hills. The private outdoor pool measures 12x6 meters, is 1.5 meters deep, available from May 1st to October 3rd, and is cleaned daily. By the pool, you'll find loungers, deck chairs, and umbrellas in the most scenic area. A private barbecue, shared ping pong table, outdoor shower, and mosquito control system are also at your disposal.
