Two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located in Hamworthy with charming views overlooking the harbour, just a few minutes walk to either Hamworthy beach or Poole Quay with a super range of restaurants.
Contemporary and stylish furnishings throughout. Lift access to third floor. Open plan living / dining area / and kitchen areas with Juliette balcony. Fully fitted kitchen including 4-burner induction hob, extractor, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Master bedroom with 5ft kingsize double bed and ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet). Second bedroom with 2x 3ft single beds (that can be made into a 6ft Superkingsize double upon request). Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).
Parking - One allocated parking space in the development`s outside area. Access via undercroft - dimensions: width 234cm, height 235cm.
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryer.
Technology - 48 inch Smart TV with freeview and Blue Ray in living room and TV in second bedroom. Bose bluetooth speaker. WIFI.
Kitchen - Oven, 4-burner induction Hob, Fridge / Freezer, Wine Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher and Washing machine and Dryer.

Located close to Cobb`s Quay Marina Hamworthy is a great base both for strolling into Town, and for driving out to explore the wider Dorset region.
