The Space:
Spacious one-bedroom apartment with additional sofa-bed in the living room. Conveniently located just 5 minutes walk into Westbourne with a great variety of restaurants, cafes and bistro pubs as well as tempting boutiques! A 15 minute stroll through Alum Chine down to the beach or a 20 minute walk into the gardens at Bournemouth.

Located on the second floor. Private entrance door and stairs up to the hall leading to a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with 65 inch Smart TV, freeview servcies, DVD and BlueRay players, Bluetooth speaker and WIFI. Linen for the sofa-bed (6ft 9ins long and 4ft 9ins wide) can be provided on request. Fully fitted kitchen including induction hob, pop-up extractor, oven, slimline dishwasher, fridge / freezer and microwave. Bedroom with kingsize bed (5ft) and feature fireplace (not in use). Family bathroom with feature bath, separate large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Utility cupboard with washer / dryer. Outside, access to pretty shared communal garden.

Parking - Parking space for one vehicle and additional visitor spaces (first come first served). Also on street parking.

Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Central heating. Hairdryer.

Kitchen - Induction hob, pop-up extractor, oven, slimline dishwasher, fridge / freezer and microwave. Washer / Dryer.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

The Neighborhood:
The upmarket town of Westbourne (just outside Bournemouth) is a fascinating coastal village with a beautiful Victorian covered arcade. Thriving shopping district of independent boutiques, restaurants, cafes and bistro pubs. It's popular for quiet strolls to the chines that run down to the sandy beaches passing clifftop green spaces such as Argyll Gardens and Alum Chine with it's quaint suspension bridge. The beaches are just 15 minutes walk.
