Villa with private hot tube and free access to an Acqua Park

Il Cipressino Villa is a cozy and luxurious villa for up to 12 people, located near the old town of Poppi, which has been certified as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy by “I Borghi più belli d’Italia”.
Our guests will be able to enjoy a vast garden and a private jacuzzi from which you can admire a breathtaking view of the Castle of Poppi.
Even though we do not have our private swimming pool, all our guests can go for free to the River Piper Acqua Village (in its opening days and hours).

At your arrival you will leave your car in a free private parking available on site and access directly to the villa. It is possible to charge electric cars upon request (the service has an extra cost). All the major tourist attractions in Poppi can be reached on foot, however, we recommend you to come with your own car in order to comfortably visit the surroundings.

The vast garden of Il Cipressino Villa is partly shaded by high trees, equipped with tables, chairs, beach chairs and umbrellas. Everything you see in the pictures is at your exclusive disposal, including a heated jacuzzi from we which a breathtaking view of the Castle of Poppi is enjoyable.

There are 5 bedrooms:
- 2 double rooms
- 1 single room
- 1 room for 3 people: double bed + single bed
- 1 room for 4 people: double bed + 2 single beds

Al the bedrooms are at the 1st floor except for the last one which is at the 2nd floor. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

There are three bathrooms:
- 1st floor Bathroom 1: toilet + bidet + shower + hot tube
- 1st floor Bathroom 2: toilet + bidet + shower
- Ground floor Bathroom: toilet + bidet

Il Cipressino Villa has two fully equipped kitchens where you will find everything you need to prepare your meals: stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwashers.
Guests can eat their meals where they prefer: there are tables and chairs for everyone both inside and outside the house.

HOUSE RULES
At your arrival you will be asked for a DEPOSIT OF 1000€ that will be returned during the check-out, except for extra services bought on site and accidental damages caused to the estate. You will also be required to SIGN A CONTRACT with the host.

FROM OCTOBER TO APRIL INCLUDED THE JACUZZI WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.
THE PIANO CANNOT BE USED.

YOU MUST TELL THE HOST THE TIME OF YOUR ARRIVAL at least a day in advance.

IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE INSIDE THE HOUSE or to throw cigarette butts in the waste baskets inside the building. Guests can smoke outside using the specific ashtrays and bins.

EVERY NIGHT THE GARDEN GETS WATERED: we recommend not leaving outside items that could get damaged. THE FACILITY IS NOT RESPONSIBILE FOR THE DAMAGES OF THE ITEMS LEFT UNATTENDED.

It is possible that PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF THE HOUSE MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICIANS COME INTO THE GARDEN in the early morning or when the guest are absent in order to check the correct functioning of the garden watering, the lawnmower robot, the jacuzzi etc.
