This premium residence is located in Spadici, a district of Porec, just 250 metres from the beach and 1500 metres from the old town. The house offers a total of five holiday flats, four of which were completely renovated and modernly furnished in 2022. In the garden there is a shared covered terrace with dining table and barbecue for outdoor dining. On the ground floor of the house there is a shared living room with a small kitchenette and seating area, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. Each flat has its own car park.
This holiday flat for 2-4 persons with a total living area of 55 m2 is located on the 2nd floor and consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and pull-out couch, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, separate WC and balcony with seating.
