Porlezza. The studio is located in a holiday complex, on a garden plot. The villa is located in Porlezza on Lake Lugano and lies amidst the green park landscape of Porto Letizia. The family-friendly resort features a public lakeside park with winding walking paths and a communal beach with SUP and watersports hire, 2 children’s playgrounds and a main building, the Palazzo, with a reception, a stylish café-bar, a modern Italian restaurant, Panama Restaurant, and more. In the months of July and August there is also an entertainment programme for children. Thanks to the resort’s central location on Via Prati, guests can access the town amenities, the bus and ferry connections, and the lakeside road of Porlezza (2–5 minutes’ walk away). Perfect for a fun and varied holiday on the Italian-Swiss lakes, the resort is only a short drive from the year-round lake capital of Lugano and the picturesque, well-connected Lake Como town of Menaggio on Lake Como (22–28 minutes by car). Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property, subject to availability.
