Ideally located in the heart of the village of Sainte-Marie sur Mer and in the immediate vicinity of the "Montbeau Beach", the accommodation is situated in the residence "Les Cèdres Bleus". All essential shops are close to the residence. The Bluegreen Golf is just a stone's throw away and nearby bus lines allow you to reach the city centre of Pornic.

This ground floor apartment of 41m² has a double bedroom (140 bed) and a BZ type sofa bed, thus accommodating up to 4 people.



It consists of an open kitchen fitted and equipped with induction hobs, an oven and all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home; fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, pod coffee machine (Senseo), toaster, citrus press and kettle. A living-dining room with TV (smart TV no TNT decoder limited channels) and wifi access gives access to the unfenced garden and the 15m² terrace with outdoor furniture. A shower room and an independent toilet complete the rental. A hairdryer, a washing machine and a small desk in the bedroom are also made available to you. You have a private parking space within the residence as well as a common and secure bicycle storage room.
