This elegant holiday home is located in the heart of the charming village of Porreres, one of the most authentic towns in Mallorca - an oasis of tranquillity nestled in the warm atmosphere of a small village known for its cosy cafés, traditional weekly markets and its authentic character.



The house has a wonderful outdoor area: the sparkling turquoise blue swimming pool (6 x 5 m, depth 1.00 - 1.90 m) invites you to cool off on hot days. It is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers for relaxing, an outdoor shower and a cosy barbecue area with a covered dining area, ideal for long summer evenings under the stars. Lemon and orange trees grow in the garden, filling the air with their aroma and conveying a sense of Mediterranean holidays.



Inside, the house is modern, open-plan and flooded with light. The property, fully air-conditioned, is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find an elegant living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is direct access to the terrace from the kitchen and living room, as well as an independent laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.



There is also a bedroom on this level with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and private en-suite bathroom with shower.



Two bedrooms await you on the upper floor: one is equipped with a 1.4 m by 2 m bed and air conditioning, perfect for children or friends. The second bedroom also has a 1.4 m by 2 m bed, air conditioning, a walk-in wardrobe and a modern bathroom with shower. There is also another bathroom with a bathtub.



Porreres itself is a place that touches the soul, traditional, quiet and at the same time lively. Enjoy a coffee with milk in the square, stroll through the small alleys or discover the surroundings by bicycle. The central location makes the house the ideal starting point for experiencing Mallorca in all its diversity.

In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax called Ecotasa is paid for each guest over 16 years old.

from 1 November to 30 April 0.55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2.20 euros.
