Welcome to this cozy country house for 4 people on the outskirts of Porreres, with private aboveground pool. Surrounded by extensive countryside and with beautiful views of the mountains, the outdoor areas of this estate are perfect for enjoying the good weather, whether having a delicious breakfast on the terrace, swimming as much as you like in the private chlorine pool, or preparing tasty barbecues under the porch. The pool is elevated and measures 8 x 4.5 m, with a depth of 1.9 m. Just below, there is also a lovely artificial grass area with 4 sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing or reading something interesting. In addition, one of the porches has a bathroom with an adapted shower for people with reduced mobility, very convenient thanks to its location next to the pool. The plot is fenced and offers complete privacy.
The house operates through solar heat and distributes its living spaces on a single floor. When you go in, there is a wide and functional kitchen/dining/lounge. Thus, you can watch the TV or chat a little, while you cook savoury dishes with a gas stove or in the oven, at the same time you set the table and take a delicious appetizer. The laundry is an independent room and it features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. To have a rest, there are two double bed dormitories. One of them, has an en-suite bathroom with shower, some space for a cot or a high chair and a big chest for your clothes. The other one only has a clothing hanger. Ultimately, there is another bathroom with shower that provides service to the entire house.
Porreres is a very real and fairly central town, surrounded by fields and forests. At the center of the village, you can find everything needed for an independent and lovely stay, such as bars, supermarkets, restaurants,etc. If you like moving on, the zone is just ideal for cycling and hiking. We suggest you visiting the Santuario de Cura, with fabulous views. Regarding to the beaches, the nearest one is Porto Colom at only 24 km, but you can also visit other heavenly beaches as, for instance, Sa RĂ pita or Es Trenc.

The hostess was very charming and helpful. The barbecue area with large shaded tables and chairs plus the immaculate 2 m deep pool were great for hosting a small dinner party. No house or farm within sight or hearing -exclusive countryside privacy. We disagree with an earlier review about the ants: own fault! If food, even bread crumbs, drops from a drink are left not cleaned, the ants will come within hours. Up to guests alone to keep house and outside barbecue area well-cleaned. We had no problems with the ants. At night, the rabbits in the surrounding fields welcomed us back âhomeâ. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this finca, the amenities and the hostess/owner. Experiencia extraordinaria, si quieres desconectar de la ciudad es el sitio ideal. Anfitriona un 10, muy amable, nos ha dado todas las facilidades posibles, da gusto encontrar personas asĂ. La casa muy bien acondicionada, muy agradable. Despertarte en plena naturaleza con Ășnicamente los sonidos del campo no tiene precio. Repetiremos seguro

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Finca Son JuliĂ . Alles war wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu erkennen. Die Anfahrt fĂŒhrt ĂŒber einen privaten Feldweg, ist aber durch die mitgeteilten Koordinaten leicht ĂŒber Maps zu finden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden jederzeit gerne wieder zurĂŒckkommen! Auch mit Hund sehr zu empfehlen, gro Ăes GrundstĂŒck, morgens schaut der Hahn und HĂŒhner im Garten vorbei ansonsten sehr privat und ruhig gelegen. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir benötigten. Die Gastgeberin empfang uns nachts noch persönlich und war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank fĂŒr die Gastfreundschaft!
