Our choice of this property was last minute. Already in town and decided to make it a stopping point on our trip through Olympic NP. The price was good for the location. (Not the $800/night I have seen posted but $200/night booked 1 hr before check in) The room was very spacious! Loved that! The view of the parking lot probably was why the cheaper rate but honestly being able to park right outside the room was a plus. I did not like the fact that there were no elevators or ramps. Lugging 2 huge overweight suitcases up 6 stairs was cumbersome. The desk staff were very nice and above patient. The computers were slow at loading 3rd party bookings and despite rude guests they kept their smiles and attitudes bright. Laundry, while some consider it an issue to use quarters, for $1.50 wash and dry that is a steal nowdays.

No breakfast included; the Red Lion in Sequim had a splendid breakfast bar. Today's cost me $45... First floor toilet had no "flush power" and I had to get a plumber's friend to assist it...Coffee in lobby had only flavored cream--blech...To get to fitness room you had to enter through pool area. Bizarre.

Clean, comfortable room. The property has two levels and very long hallways. If you have trouble walking, be sure to reserve a room closer to the front desk, although you can move your car closer to one of the other entrances.

We arrived 25” before checkin but everyone was being told checkin would be delayed for several hours as the rooms were not clean and ready. The front desk gal was sure in a bind and admitted that housekeeping was unable to keep up. Well, it sure was not cheap to stay and we were not able to check in until after 6 pm - so you are vacationing, getting up and leaving early and you have just a couple of hours to enjoy the room. I write this hoping some corporate group acknowledges this and addresses the issue.
