Staff was friendly. Loved the hot tub. Coffee/tea hot chocolate available in the lobby. No breakfast. The hotel is older but kept up nicely. The only problem was there was a touch of sand on the floor of the room. You couldn't walk barefoot. Hotel was quiet, beds were comfortable. Room temperature very comfortable. Plenty of parking. Large fridge and microwave provided. Beautiful views

Pros: Staff very courteous. Room location with water view very nice. Proximity to Black Ball Ferry excellent. Room clean. Cons: Linens were threadbare, hallway had strong odor of air freshener probably to cover carpeting that needed replacement badly. In house restaurant was advertised to be open for breakfast. It was closed because waitress did not show up for work. We were not the only guests that were inconvenienced.
