Stingaree Landing: 3 BR, 3 BA House in Crystal Beach, Sleeps 12

This bayside waterfront canal home is perfect for your next fishing trip - with room for 12 and space to dock your boat, you won't want to leave! The canal offers direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway, so you and your boat can be fishing the East Bay in minutes. When you are at the house, the outdoor area features a covered deck and a bulkheaded downstairs dock with seating. Watch the boats come in and out of the bay, or just catch fish in the canal. Above there is a top deck with lounge chairs for sunbathing. There is a restroom downstairs with a toilet and a full sized shower. The covered boat slip offers a small fish cleaning station, and there is also a charcoal BBQ smoker and gas burner - perfect for cooking up the daily catch! You can wash the day of fishing away in the outdoor shower before enjoying the house.

Inside the house you'll find plenty of the comforts of home - microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, televisions in the living area and bedrooms, DVD player, and high speed internet access. One bedroom offers a full bed; a second bedroom has a full size bed, plus a full over full bunk; the third bedroom features two queen beds.

Stingaree Landing is conveniently located near Stingaree Restaurant & Marina. If you don't feel like cooking, the restaurant will cook your catch for you, at a reasonable price!
Beach access is just a short drive or golf cart ride across Highway 87.

Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are welcome with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
