Prime Manasota Key beach location, interior designer created a super cute beach studio with king bed, recently updated kitchenette, bistro dining set. Walk only 1 minute until your toes are in Gulf of Mexico at delightfully uncrowded beach! 5 walk to Stump Pass. Spa with waterfall & massage jets in common area. Free kayaks. Login to your favorite streaming service with Smart TVs.

Our fantastic housekeeper & reliable maintenance team live close by if an important issue comes up. We have a very thorough Guest Guide Binder in family room plus a cool digital guest guide (link emailed to you in advance so you can start planning your trip right away) with lots of very helpful tips.

Location, location, location! We offer the perfect Manasota Key location on a quiet cute island street. Low-key respectful guests only as this is a nice quiet beach community so you can sleep well. Walk in 4 different directions to stunning beach, picturesque Lemon Bay, nature wonderland of Stump Pass Park & fun island restaurants often with live music!

Bay Breeze Bungalow is part of the charming Blue Starfish Cottages with access to all amenities provided in common areas of Blue Starfish Cottages - yet is enjoys it's own separate, private interior space. (similar to a nice condo beach community)

* WELCOME! Guests have access to entire Bay Breeze Bungalow studio & all of Blue Starfish Cottages' on-site common-area amenities!

*YOUR DOOR CODE: Your front door code which works on your dates is included in your welcome info emailed to you prior to your stay. After you make reservations, be on lookout for emails coming from "Beach Bound Escapes" - with arrival details including door code. Please check your email spam file for emails coming from "Beach Bound Escapes" if you still aren't seeing it.

* PARKING: Important- Only 1 car parking per place -no exceptions. (neighborhood firm rule). Sorry no boats or oversized vehicles & No visitor parking - please plan to meet up with friends/relatives at area restaurants or at the public beaches which have parking lots & changing areas.

* YOUR PARKING SPOT: Bay Breeze parking spot to left of Casa Sangria located at 117 Friendship Lane. Park very carefully in left river rock parking spot right in front of the tall white fence with "Bay Breeze Parking" sign. - Then walk past ping-pong area and take a quick right onto our paver courtyard area. You will see "Bay Breeze Bungalow" entrance on your right. It is right before short white aluminum swim spa gate. Enjoy!

* NOTE: TVs typically "on" at arrival. We have friendly reminder signs up throughout the property to ensure property rule compliance & to promote a peaceful safe relaxing environment for our nice community.

** ****Smart TV - login to your favorite tv streaming service from home with your own login info from home. OR enjoy basic free channels on our smart TV (no cable/dish. just smart tv. For popular sports games, End Zone or Lock n Key are popular with sports fans.

** Bringing your own car or renting a car is the most common way to get to and from Manasota Key. A free, easy bridge gets you quickly on and off beautiful Manasota Key. The south end bridge is the closest to us.

** If you prefer to not drive, you can use Uber/Lyft or Hosts can recommend a reliable airport pick up car service that our family uses. We have bike rental option in Guest Guide binder in family room.

** Stumpy's Free ride is a very popular, easy to use tip-based shuttle service to restaurants & around Manasota Key.

** Once you arrive, our nice spacious neighborhood beach is just a 2-minute quick walk! Lemon Bay only a 1-minute quick walk! Stump Pass State Beach Park is the #1 ranked local attraction & we are so lucky to be only a 5-minute walk to Stump Pass. A longer 8-minute walk to Englewood Public Beach to popular free beach yoga, 5 popular Key restaurants with live tropical music, big beach playground, reasonably priced water sports rentals - parasailing, sunset cruises etc.e

Free use of our Laundry Room in between Casa Pina Colada at 115 Friendship Lane & Casa Sangria at 117 Friendship Lane. Free shared use of Swim Spa with waterfall and massage therapy jets in our Tropical Courtyard pool area. Free use of fun self-serve Tiki Bar area. Plenty of comfy outdoor seating, lounge chairs, patio tables with island-vibe thatched Tiki umbrellas, & tropical plants will assure you that you are now officially on Island Time! Cheers!

Free shared use of our 2 kayaks (for age 21 & up) to explore picturesque Lemon Bay. Dolphins often spotted & sometimes manatee and lots of interesting shorebirds.

Coffee lovers we've got you covered with BOTH a Keurig-style coffee maker & a traditional coffee maker plus a tea kettle & blender to whip up your favorite beach bev!

Like hotels - we supply "starter supplies" - toilet paper, folded paper towels, sample size coffee, tea, etc. to get you going -- then there's a Dollar Tree nearby or grocery stores if you want additional supplies.
