I booked on Travelocity. I selected and payed extra for an Executive Suite with a King bed with Harbor view. Upon check-in, I received an ADA room with a view of the parking lot. I complained and was downgraded further to a regular room - not executive suite. I did not to a different Hotel becuase it was late. However, as a customer i expect my reservation to be honored and receive the tupe of services i payed for. I will not be staying here again.

The staff at this hotel was excellent and very friendly, from the cleaning staff to front desk to the lady who sets up breakfast. I was only their for one night and they all felt like family and I was sad to leave. The hotel was super clean, you would have never known it was 4 years old. Amenities from an awesome breakfast, bar at the hotel, pool, free water bottles, laundry detergent, sanitizing wipes and ear plugs in the room along with Aveda products! I wish all hotels was this nice and really cares about their customers. Location is perfect walking distance to many restaurants.

Very secure. Those not using masks were politely requested to do so. Professional staff. Neat & clean beyond expectations. Overall, very nice stay, would recommend.
