Great Vacation Spot

This home is immaculate, recently updated, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is on a street with little traffic but is very convenient to stores and restaurants. Allen, the host, is extremely responsive, helpful and pleasant. We loved having the screened in pool and lanai. We had a great time and are looking forward to coming back!

90 degree pool in January! Plus private!

Great newly remodeled home in Port Charlotte. Close to everything you might need or want. The owner, Allen, was very responsive. We loved the house and it was perfect for the kids and grandkids. We have booked the house for next January as well.

Excellent House

House was extremely clean and well decorated. Pool was clean. Outside lanai area was spacious and a great place to hang out. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to spend time in the port Charlotte area.

A Slice of Paradise in Port Charlotte.

We just returned from an amazing stay at this charming VRBO in Port Charlotte, Florida. Despite Hurricane Milton's approach cutting our trip short, our experience was nothing short of spectacular. Nestled in a serene neighborhood, this home offers the perfect base for exploring local attractions, beaches, and dining. Its proximity to everything made our outings both convenient and enjoyable. From the moment we stepped in, the house felt like a true home away from home. Immaculately clean, with a cozy decor, it was equipped with all necessities. The kitchen allowed us to indulge in home-cooked meals, and the comfortable beds ensured restful nights. However, the star was the outdoor pool area, where we spent most of our time lounging. Exceptional hosting made our stay memorable. The host's communication was top-notch, providing us with local insights and ensuring our comfort from start to finish. Their flexibility and readiness to assist were commendable, enhancing our overall experience significantly. Pool Area: A pristine pool with ample seating became our evening retreat. Comfort: Thoughtful amenities like extra towel, beach gear and board games added to our convenience. For anyone considering a stay in Port Charlotte, this VRBO is highly recommended. The warmth of the host, combined with the comfort of the home, made our vacation special. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Clean and cozy

Great location, easy to get around. Pool area and home are well maintained and stocked for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen was easy to work in, the appliances are new. The pool gate was a safety plus! Allen was easy to reach and quick to answer questions. We had a hassle free, relaxing and fun vacation stay!

Short break from work

Great location for us, halfway between Sarasota and Naples! Staying in this location, you can pick any beach and go anywhere you please. Just minutes away from 41, where all the best food and shopping is! Gasparilla Beach is just like the Keys. Owner is a great guy to communicate with and the home is stacked with everything you might need. 5 Stars!

The property itself was perfect! Very homie and modern house. They had a lot of beach supplies on hand which made our life a lot easier. The heated pool option was a super plus! Hosts were very accommodating and easy to reach! Would most definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Clean Home/Location

As soon as we walked in the front door we knew we would enjoy our stay. House was super clean, decorated beautifully. The outside pool area is amazing, its so relaxing sit out back by the pool, watch some tv. All the beds were comfortable and cozy. Location is perfect, quiet neighborhood We were there to watch my sons College Baseball games Host was so responsive, had a great personality and any time I needes anything, he responded in mins. I call him Boston! If you want to stay in Port Charlotte, this is the place you should pick! Trust me!!

Winter get away

We enjoyed our extended weekend trip to Florida staying in this house! The pool was so warm and perfect for our kids and us. Everything in the house was very clean, check in and check out process was very easy. The owner checked in through text to make sure everything was going well and also were able to check in early, which after a 16+ hour drive was so nice! The location was great, plenty of food nearby! Definitely recommend this property for a get away!
