A Homely Vacation Villa with POOL for beach escapes
Your home away from home 🙂! JJ's Escape is a homely, bright & airy villa with a POOL, garden patio, all-around verandah.
Perfect for weekend escapes, birthdays, hen nights, family reunions, etc. 2min drive to PD main 3 1/2 mile beach & La Playa Bistro (weekend live music). 10min drive to PD town.
Cooking/BBQ/party amenities/towels/bed linen provided. 55" Smart TV compatible with Netflix, PS2 or Karaoke Machines. Foosball table, carrom board & board games too!
We have a minimum 2 night booking policy and a RM500 security deposit requirement.

HOUSE RULES:
Our pool is 4ft deep and is NOT fenced. Guests use the property and facilities at their own risk and agree to follow the POOL RULES:
JJ's Pool Rules:
#1. SAFETY FIRST - swim at your own risk. We are not liable for loss of property or life.
#2. Children to be under adult supervision AT ALL TIMES.
#3. No entry if you have open wounds, food poisoning or infectious diseases.
#4. Shower first - sand clogs up the system.
#5. No food or glass - plastic cups available in kitchen.
#6. No smoking at pool area.
#7. No diving or jumping - pool is 4ft deep!
#8. Use proper swimwear for hygiene reasons.
#9. No swimming in the rain.
#10. We will not return your deposit if you do not follow the pool rules.
We ask that all guests treat JJ's Escape as if it were their own family vacation home and take care of all items on the property.
No pets allowed.
No smoking in the house - you can smoke outside on the verandah.
Quiet hours after 12 midnight.
Guests liable for all property damage including broken dishes/glasses etc.
Refundable deposit of RM500 required at time of booking.
No shoes/footwear in the house.
Bath towels shall not be used as floor rugs/mats.
All games/pots/pans/BBQ set/ equipment/plates/cutlery that has been used shall be cleaned and returned to the storage place after use.
Excessive rubbish shall be disposed of in the bins next to the side gate.
Costs of additional cleaning beyond that of normal usage and as detailed above will be borne by the guests and deducted from the security deposit.
