Modern appliances, generous bench space, and a Nespresso coffee machine make mornings simple — whether you`re preparing breakfast before a coastal walk or enjoying a slow coffee while watching the waves roll in. The nearby dining area offers a welcoming place to gather for shared meals, afternoon snacks, or planning the next day’s adventures.

Upstairs, the bedrooms offer calm and comfortable retreats. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and opens onto a private balcony overlooking Knights Beach — an ideal place to sit with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the coastline and surfers drift across the waves below. The second bedroom also includes a queen bed, offering a peaceful space for friends, couples, or family members travelling together.

The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet, while an additional toilet downstairs adds extra convenience during your stay. A separate laundry with a washer and dryer is available, making longer coastal stays easy and practical. Outside, a small rear courtyard provides a sheltered setting for relaxed BBQ dinners and alfresco dining after long beach days.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
