East frontage family home for you to enjoy!

This three bedroom home is located on East Beach, a stone's throw for coffee at Charlie's on East and a few minutes walk across the bridge to the CBD of Port Fairy. Park in the garage and leave the car there for the rest of your stay with everything in easy reach for you.

Step inside and the ground floor is where you will find the master Queen bedroom. The master en-suite comes with walk in shower. Enjoy a quiet coffee on the decking just outside your bedroom as the world wakes up, or snuggle up inside and watch white clouds lazily drift across the bright blue skies. The second bedroom has two singles, while the third has a Queen Bed.

The second bathroom contains a large walk in shower and toilet as well as a second separate toilet next door.

Head upstairs to the open plan kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, oven, dishwasher and large fridge for your stay. Enjoy dinner at the large dining room table or enjoy the view on the bar stools at the breakfast bar.

The living space has a large L shaped sofa that takes full advantage of the amazing views, as well as the gas log fire for your evenings! In front of the floor to ceiling windows you will find 2 rocking chairs, tuck yourself into one with a good book and glass of wine and feel the stresses of life slip away. There is also a front decking with BBQ and outdoor dining. Is there any better way to finish a day at the beach than a BBQ in the warm summer air as the sun sets?!

Farmer's Retreat is the family getaway in Port Fairy, whether it's just you and your partner or you are bringing the kids. It offers ease of access to the patrolled East Beach, to great surfing and a easy walk into town to enjoy one of the many restaurants on offer.

Fantasic location, wonderful views

Comfortable and spacious retreat for farmers. Spectacular views of the ocean, property well set up to make the most of the view. Easy walk to town, and the beautiful East Beach on your door step. Highly recommended, we will stay again!

Perfect location

Best location close to everything. Lovely home with all you need, even books and games. Love the fireplace for those cool nights. Easy access to beach directly opposite, cafe a few steps away and short stroll into town. If I had to pick on anything I would suggest having some vinegar on-site to wipe down windows as the salt build-up masks the sea views (Windex not great). Also, be prepared the wi-fi does not work, couldn’t even open an internet search page as it timed out. Finally, the blinds in main bedroom at front of house are too small with large gaps allowing outsiders to see in (no front fence). Otherwise, you won’t be disappointed - it really is lovely.

Beach stay

Great beach location but the house needs a bit of an upgrade. Sliding doors and glass balustrade needed a good clean. Could not see the “ocean view” through the dirty windows. The fan operates two bathrooms so if you are in bed and someone has a shower it’s very loud in the other bedroom and also very loud upstairs. Has plenty of cooking utensils and dinnerware.
