Upstairs, a second living room with a log burner and Sonos system offers a cosy retreat, perfect for watching the waves or enjoying a quiet night in. The house features four spacious bedrooms, the master enjoys sea views and an ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 and 3 can be set up as either and king or twin rooms, and the fourth bedroom offers the same option with an ensuite.

Step outside onto the generous terrace with views out to the Atlantic Ocean, an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening drinks as the sun sets. Enjoy dinner outside with a BBQ, unwind in the electric sauna, or simply enjoy the coastal air from the garden.
There is parking for two cars, plus space for wetsuits and beach gear.

Brennik House welcomes up to two dogs, so your four-legged friends can join you along the South West Coast Path or on days exploring the local beaches such as Rock and Daymer Bay.

Just a short stroll from Port Isaac's iconic harbour, famous for its winding lanes, fisherman’s cottages, and role in Doc Martin. Sample fresh seafood, browse local galleries, or dine at one of Nathan Outlaw's restaurants.
