Description: This gorgeous 1500 square foot Villa is a 3 bedroom (K,Q,T), 2 bath home overlooking a protected wildlife preserve and is near the end of a quiet low traffic cul-de-sac within a gated community.
Laguna Vista is 5 miles from Port Isabel, 12 miles from the South Padre Island beach, 32 miles from Brownsville and 25 miles from Mexico. Don't miss a visit to Nuevo Progresso MX for food, shopping and entertainment.
Features: 2 car garage, washer & dryer with Wi-Fi throughout the house and cable TV. Flat Screen TVs are provided in the living room, master and guest bedroom. The third bedroom is set-up as an office or reading area, however the sofa pulls out to a comfortable twin sleeper. The home has an enclosed screened patio with outside furniture and gas grill. Designed with an open concept, it has a beautiful kitchen and living room with comfortable seating along with a large dining area making this home excellent for quiet entertaining or simply relaxing.
Number of Persons: Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 5 persons. This number includes children and infants.

Our stay was excellent in the property everything was clean and the house was beautiful the only problem we had was coming in and out of the house they had to many mosquitoes I’m talking hundreds in the morning and thousands at night so that’s the only downside of the property but everything else was excellent
