Marina's Holiday Retreat

This 2-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom holiday home offers the perfect base for your stay in Port Lincoln.

Enjoy exclusive access to a private pontoon and a convenient location just a 5-minute walk from popular attractions like Shark Cage Diving, Swim with the Tuna, Swim with the Sealions, and the Marina Hotel, Leisure Centre, and boating facilities.
Guests will also have continental breakfast supplies provided for their convenience.

The open-plan living area features a spacious built-in bar that seamlessly connects to the lounge and dining spaces, with easy access to a private undercover entertaining area.

Large front windows frame stunning views of the marina waterways, allowing you to relax in your lounge chair or dine in comfort while taking in the scenery.

Downstairs, the well-equipped kitchen boasts ample bench space and a dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze.

Upstairs, you'll find three generously sized bedrooms. The master suite includes a walk-in robe and a private ensuite. The main bathroom features a bathtub, perfect for little ones or indulging in a relaxing bubble bath.

The entire house is yours to enjoy, including a secure double garage, front and rear yards, a spacious entertainment area, and a private pontoon with 14 meters of water access - perfect for your boat or a friend's.

Enjoy complete privacy during your stay, but if you need assistance or local tips, I'm just a phone call away.
I'd be happy to guide you on the best spots and times to catch crabs, squid, whiting, or even tuna during the right season.

Children are welcome but must be supervised as there is no front fence.

For some added fun, feel free to use the kayaks and paddleboard stored in the garage, along with the life jackets provided.

Our stay was fantastic the house was spotless and well-equipped, Adam supplied bacon eggs, and bread on arrival and we all enjoyed it. If you are going to Port Lincoln, you must stay at Marina's Holiday Retreat.

A very nice property in a quiet part of Port Lincoln. The house was wonderfully spacious, the kitchen and pantry was comprehensively stocked (incredible hospitality and generosity on the part of the host), and the views of the waterway were simply superb. We did find the water pressure in the showers to be a bit too low, but otherwise had a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

Great place very welcoming

Adam is a great host the bacon and eggs were a welcome surprise, you can’t really fault the spot at the marina. Near the leisure centre and Marina hotel. Great BBQ area for family feasts.

Our family of 4 all enjoyed our 5 night stay at Marina's Holiday Retreat. Comfortable and clean accommodation with modern kitchen and well stocked pantry. We loved the water front location and our own pontoon which we used to moor our boat. Adam was quick to respond to any queries and very accommodating. Recommended.

Location Location

Beautiful spacious home located a few minutes walk from Marina. It had everything you would expect in a short term rental property plus things like Milk, Bacon, Eggs and ample Coffee. There was even a small amount of alcohol. This home was right on the water with beautiful views from the large yard. Owner was friendly and was even willing to leave us a tinny to use to move around the water way for yacht week. Couldn’t ask for more really!

Amazing getaway

Absolutely loved our stay at the Marina Holiday retreat. Adam really is a super host. He had everything taken care of and was always quick to respond if I ever had questions. It was the little things that made it more special - breakfast supplies, cupboard staples etc. It was a beautiful spot and house. We will be back for sure!

Had a great stay, we were welcomed with generous breakfast provisions. There was also a pantry full of basic cooking items. Very clean property. Air conditioning worked very well so we were toasty warm. Host was very accomodating, would recommend thank you Adam.
