Cocoonr offers you this charming 150 m² house with sea view, 50 m from the beach, in Port-Louis, which can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 20 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- A study area
- A bathroom with shower and WC
On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- A 45 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area
- A fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC
On the 2ᵉ floor:
- Bedroom 3 and 4: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 20 m² courtyard, enclosed and private.
- A 15 m² terrace on the first floor, with sea view and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Port-Louis, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Stroll around the citadel of Port-Louis
- Visit the Musée de la Compagnie des Indes and the Musée National de la Marine in Port-Louis
