The Great Room & Gourmet Kitchen
The heart of the home is the vaulted Great Room, anchored by a massive charcoal modular sectional and a floor-to-ceiling matte black fireplace. Whether you are hosting a festive dinner or a casual brunch, the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to handle up to 12 guests. Enjoy formal meals at the 8-person dining table or pull up one of the 4 minimalist barstools to the stunning marble waterfall island.

Luxurious Accommodations
The Master Sanctuary: Retreat to the primary suite featuring a king-sized bed, plush reading nook, and a private deck perfect for twilight water views.

Refined Guest Rooms: Two additional bedrooms offer queen-sized beds with nautical-inspired decor, including decorative oars and high-quality linens.

The Daybed Lounge: For larger groups, the game room includes a pair of extra-long modular lounges that can be joined to sleep two adults comfortably.

Sleeping Configurations
The home features 4 bedrooms and multiple sleeping areas to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. Perfect for big family or groups of friends/familes! Base rate includes 8 guests; additional guests are $50/night. If you have more than 12 people, please reach out to the host.

Entertainment & Game Room
The lower level is a dedicated entertainment hub. Challenge your guests to a round of pool or foosball, or relax in the private "Red Room" lounge. A secondary kitchenette with a marble bar ensures refreshments are always within reach while you enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen TV.
