Our spring resort

We have been repeat renters and have decide this is the place to be. There’s no waiting on elevators, you don’t have to share the beautiful pool with anyone . The home has everything that you could need/want. Kitchen very well equipped and easy to keep things in order. Laundry room is terrific to have, I only need to pack 2 suitcases not 5 ! Thank you !!!

Family Gathering Place

This is our second time staying here. We enjoyed our 2022 stay so much we booked this year's last October! The home is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is well stocked with cookware & dinnerware. The pool area is great; we spent the majority of our time there when we were at the house. Neighborhood is pleasant and quiet at night, we walked it every day.

Great home for a family gathering

This home fit our group (2 couples) perfectly. It was also spacious for us to have our niece's family of four for supper a few nights. And it was close enough for us to enjoy the teenagers' activities! The neighborhood was quiet during the week and even the music being played next door on Saturday was of our liking. The property manager, Mike, as very attentive and made check-in & check-out a breeze! We would definitely stay here again.

2021 New Years Eve

This home is very clean and comfortable. Having rented many homes over the last 20 years in Florida, I have to say this is one of the best. Everything, I have at my own home I had here to cook and eat with. Mike the property manager was awesome and I wish every property had a Mike. Will definitely return to this home if available when, I return to the area.

Christmas Get Away

I rented this home for my family to spend the Christmas holidays in the warmth and sunshine. The property was as advertised and easily met all our expectations. The property was well maintained, clean and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and only 10 miles from the coast. We loved the pool and backyard deck. The property manager checked in multiple times with us to see if we needed anything. They even set up small Christmas tree and decorations for us. I would definitely considering returning to this property in the future.

Nice Property

We rented this property in April 2021. This was a nice property in a quiet neighborhood. The area was convenient to shopping, activities, and near our family who lives in Brooksville, FL. The size and layout of the house was more than adequate to accommodate 6 adults. One of the reasons we chose this property was the in- ground pool/patio screen enclosure. Disappointed there is an extra daily fee to heat the pool if desired. We opted not to. The water was a bit chilly but not too cold for Central New Yorker's. Overall the owner, manager and property were great. Much appreciation given to them for working with us during a family emergency and National COVID-19 restrictions. Highly recommended!

House located in quiet community with easy access to food, main roads and parks. The house was very clean, everything ready for us when we arrived. Beautiful pool and outside area The pool was clean, and we paid the extra for the heated option which turned out to be very useful. The property manager Mike are awesome! Mike is very caring , kind and professional. Thank you sharing this house with us ! We will be returning again!

Accurate pictures and wonderful stay!

Perfect vacation spot for visiting with in-laws. Pictures are accurate in showing a beautiful, clean home and pool. Friendly, quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants, shopping, coast, rivers, Tampa, and Orlando. Owners and property manager professional and friendly, and easy to contact for questions/concerns. We had no concerns or problems and very much enjoyed this vacation home. Definitely recommend it to other vacationing adults.

Welcoming, warm, comfortable and clean!

We found this property was just right. We loved the floor plan, giving families ways to be together inside and out, and still have private space. The home was well-equipped, both with bed and bath linens and swimming towels, and all amenities available in the kitchen from microwave to blender, an extra coffeemaker and good knives! The pool and lanai were lovely, and, being northerners, found that the 74-76 degree pool was refreshing unheated. This is a great R & R property in a quiet neighborhood, and we’d love to be there again. Mike, the property manager, was attentive without being intrusive, and it felt good to know that if there were problems, he was only a phone call away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home, and appreciate the owners’ sharing it with us.

Springhill Getaway

The house was laid out very nicely. Of course with a pool enclosed my granddaughter was easily enticed to return to the home after sightseeing. Think she preferred to stay there and swim! There was lots of room and it was close to Clearwater and even close to the parks and beaches around Spring Hill. Our host, Michael was very polite and checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was ok. We look forward to renting from them again when we are in Florida. Good family experience

This was a great house for our family group of 4 adults and 2 children. The house was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We spent many hours in the pool area -- the lanai was spacious and enjoyable. A notebook at the home was full of helpful information and all our communications with the property manager were timely and friendly. We loved seeing the sandhill crane visitors in the yard but unfortunately Thomas, the gopher tortoise, never made an appearance. Maybe next time!
