Luxury Villa in Dordogne with Pool & Privacy

This more than 200 year old farmhouse has been converted into a luxury villa that can accommodate up to 16 adults, but is also perfectly equipped for several families with children. The villa consists of two connected wings, both with a living room and kitchen. The house is situated on a 10-hectare (100,000 m²) estate of forest and grassland, offering complete privacy and the opportunity for an active walk on your own private grounds. You can pick fruit from one of the many fruit trees and spot wildlife in your backyard. If you prefer to enjoy a glass of wine on the sunny terrace, that is of course also possible. Furthermore, this villa is equipped with every luxury. For example, you have a large swimming pool with a shallow (1.0m) and a deep (2.0m) part, various seating areas and sun beds in the beautiful garden, a large BBQ and a jeu-de-boules court. The children do not have to be bored either, because next to the swimming pool there are plenty of toys, a ping-pong table and an endless garden to play football. The beautiful medieval village of Sainte-Foy-la-Grande is a 5-minute drive away. The walled village was founded in 1255 on the banks of the Dordogne and has since hosted a large market every Saturday selling fresh local produce. The Dordogne River is ideal for a variety of water sports including canoeing, boat trips and swimming. The villa is a 30-minute drive from Saint-Émilion and Bergerac, surrounded by endless wine chateaux, most of which organise fun wine tastings.
