This is a wonderful spot. The beach is a short walk, as elevated nature water and Pickleball courts. House has a. Nice screened in porch with pinning table.Hosts were quick to respond to questions nice people. The allowed us to sta a couple days longer to allow us to miss the storm of the century up north. Much appreciated!

Great vacation!!

My family loved staying at Sandy Daze! It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay! The beach was beautiful and enjoyable
a short walk from the house and not crowded! The home is about a 15 minute drive from many fantastic restaurants and shops. We also loved that the home was in a quiet neighborhood. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. Thank you, Todd and Hillary for being wonderful hosts!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the beach house. The house was clean it was only steps from the beach and close to the bay. I recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a great place to create memories to last lifetime.

Wonderful!!

My family has been coming to the Cape for years. It’s a really special place for us. Staying at Sandy Daze added lots of new and beautiful memories. The house was perfect and had everything we could possibly need and then some. We felt at home with the added bonus of the salt and sea. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Home away from home

Absolutely love it. The home has a laid back at home atmosphere. Easy access to the beach. The screened in back porch is awesome. This house has everything you’re gonna need. This is definitely our go to home for years to come as long as they will have have us.

Great house but ceiling had been repaired but not painted- Would not recommend for seniors- too many stairs and no main floor bedroom- Toilets need to be upgraded- too low for anyone w mobility issues! No pan big enough for soups/ chili or seafood boils!

Perfect Stay

The house was perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the house was well-kept. The beach was just a short, beautiful walk down the boardwalk. The are was quiet, but had everything we could ask for in a beach vacation.

Immaculate & Family Friendly

When we first walked into Hillary’s beach house, I was instantly impressed with how clean it was! No sand in the corners, kitchen was spotless, light fixtures were not dusty, etc. It is by far the cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed in. The entire house was perfect for our family - 2 seating areas, amazing recliners for winding down after a day on the beach, amazingly stocked kitchen, board games, kids room, list goes on. We had everything we needed from towel and beach chairs, to the forgotten tooth brush and aloe gel. It was just a short walk to the board walk for white sugar beaches, tons of wildlife/critters, and beautiful water. We will definitely be back!!

Lovely home in amazing location

Sandy Daze was a really wonderful home, particularly for the value. The care and attention the owners have put into it really shows. The extra ice maker was something I never realized I was missing at the beach until I found it at Sandy Daze. The community was quiet and convenient. The second floor balcony had a gorgeous view of the ocean and I spent many hours relaxing on the screened porch. My kids loved their oversized bedroom and my friend appreciated having her own bedroom with attached bathroom so she didn’t have to share with me and the kids. The walk to the beach started just yards away from the back door and was so easy to access. I hope to return with the kids and my husband next summer!

Very nice location to the beach. The 2 bedrooms upstairs was not convenient to someone who has to get up during the night to go to the bathroom. You have to go through the other bedroom to get to the bathroom. The small bathroom downstairs always had a urine smell. Dust everywhere. A good thorough cleaning would do wonders for this house.

The house is in a perfect spot. Close to the beach. Short drive down the road for another excellent beach. Husband fished every day. It’s a great house. Very clean, well kept, extremely comfortable mattress. Kitchen supplies to die for. Ice maker!!! Loved the screened in porch. Close to Port St Joe. Short drive to Apalachicola. Loved it!
