Beautiful and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds and couches. Well stocked kitchen. Easy access to the beach. Loved the Beachcomber and hope to stay there in the future.
Enjoyed the visit, Pristine was very responsive with minor issues, internet went down after first 1 1/2 days, called everyday, it was never restored during the visit.
Beachcomber was wonderful in that it is truly steps from an uncrowded, beautiful beach! Loved that it is dog friendly and beach allows for bonfires. Baths and kitchen were nicely updated but it's time for new floors in the main level...kitchen floors felt a little gross. Deck furniture needs updating as well. We had a total clog in the lower level shower that the rental company took 4 days to fix but other than that it was a great stay with good friends - thanks!
Our family gathered here of the passing of my mother and to honor her wishes to have her remains scattered amongst the ocean. The beachcomber accommodated all our needs as a family in Loving Memory of Paulette Parks (mother). Thank you
Loved this unit! Have stayed at the Cape for many years and this place was one of our favorites so far. 8 of us stayed for the week and we had plenty of space to spread out. Unit is also halfway between the tradinâ post and Scallop Cove, so bike rides to those two places are super easy and convenient. Unit was updated, neat, and comfortable. Right on the beach and just a few steps away. Would rent again!
Overall, the property itself was okay. It is directly on the beach, extremely spacious and easy to get to. The only negatives were the rats. There were several rats outside the property. Initially saw one near the outdoor shower upon arrival, then over the next few days we saw many more scurrying around. The dog did not like them, nor did we, however, I will say I did not see any inside the home itself. We had a good time, enjoyed the beach view from the balconies. There is a run down home located in front of this house, which was a little unsettling. Broken windows, doors and yard is filled with trash. Just not appealing. I would consider staying here again for the price, but we will try to get something a little nicer next year.
