Discover the ultimate pet-friendly beach retreat just a short stroll from the sun-drenched shores of Mexico Beach. Stella Maris, which means star of the sea, caters to families and groups, offering a blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath modern home is located in a quiet neighborhood and features a community pool.

This home has an option to rent a non-street legal golf cart for $35/night plus tax. Non-street legal golf carts are allowed to be driven on all side roads in Mexico Beach; however, it is not allowed to be driven on Hwy 98 or across Hwy 98. To access the beach using the golf cart, it may be parked on the corner of a side road and Hwy 98, and it is required to walk across Hwy 98 to access the beach.

Whether you're seeking relaxation by the sea or adventure-filled days exploring the local attractions, Stella Maris promises a memorable stay filled with comfort and coastal allure.

Pet Friendly: This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $125 plus tax will be added to your reservation after you book.

Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles. NO BOAT OR RV PARKING ALLOWED IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD.

Linens and supplies: This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied, as well as all cookware, dinnerware and glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.

Beach gear and recreation equipment: Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. However, there is no guarantee as these items tend to come and go throughout the year.

Age requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.

Credit card fee: All payments are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee.

Rental agreement: A signed rental agreement is required upon booking.

Monthly rentals: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season, November through early March. Please contact Sunshine Vacation Rentals if you are interested.

Cancellation policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

This is our second time, in as many years, coming to Mexico Beach and to one of the 4 properties the owners have on the block. Always clean, the kids love golf cart rides, the beach is never packed, and we will probably be back for a third time next summer. Thank you guys!

Nice New Home in Mexico Beach

Great new home in Mexico Beach. 5-star review w/ the following notes: Clean new home with all the features you would expect. Photos match the listing. Centrally located and easy to get to the beach. Community pool was nice and well kept. FYI's when you book: Minor detail - no salt and pepper (make sure you purchase) in the kitchen. Most items you need are provided but Teflon pans need to be replaced. There are three ring cameras on the exterior of the home - the ring camera on the back porch included a light that was VERY bright and at night was turning on+off constantly with no blinds on the transom (annoying if you want a dark house to sleep at night). We rented the golf cart at the property...the golf cart is not registered with the city (needs a decal) nor does it have a FL tag. The Sheriff threatened to take me to jail for driving it on on Hwy 98. This happened on Day #1 of our stay. I'm still glad we rented the golf cart because we were able to drive to the beach (parked on 15th Street next to the bank) without issue for the balance of our stay.

The house was very clean when we arrived! Everything looks exactly like the pictures. 5 minute walk to the beach! The house had nice appliances and we didn’t really have to buy many extra household items. 10/10 recommend!

Great Stay

Our original plan was to stay only a couple of days just to check out Mexico Beach and the area, as a replacement for 30A as it has become too crowded. What a surprise, great property, NO COMPLAINTS at all. You will not be dissapointed. The area though is really still in recovery mode, a lot of construction and the only real restaurants are in Port St. Joe or St. Joe Beach We will be back

Family Vaca 2023

I loved everything about this property. We have a large family and had rented 2 houses for everyone to stay. We could all come to this house and eat and hangout and play games and it was perfect. The open floor plan gave us lots of room and never felt crowded. The home is gorgeous and very clean. The perfect place. We will definitely stay there again. We also met some of the neighbors and they were all so nice and welcoming. Could not have ask for more.

Great location & beautiful house!

Close walk to the beach. The house is beautiful & spacious. Fully equipped with everything you need. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. The beds were nice and comfortable. We had plenty of towels and linens. The outdoor shower was very nice 😊 We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back!

Nice clean new house

We had a great stay. The house is brand new and clean, and just around the corner from the beach. We looked for a garage door opener but didn't find one...it wasn't clear whether that was intended or not. We enjoyed hearing the mockingbirds in the morning. Overall great place!

Awesome!

The house was soooo beautiful and really close to the beach! It was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The property manager always responded in a timely manner and it was overall a great vacation! Would love to stay again.
