Serenity Beachfront Condo at Cape San Blas- Winter 2026 Available

My Dunes Club's unit is a three-bedroom, beautifully furnished, first floor, beachfront condominium unit. This serene property is located on the Gulf of Mexico on Cape San Blas, a large hook of land jutting out from the mainland near Port Saint Joe, Florida. Dunes Club has a swimming pool, boat and trailer storage, beach boardwalk, elevator, high speed wireless internet, and free long distance phone calling. The unit has a large deck facing out to the Gulf of Mexico. The view is also readily available through the living room and master bedroom sliding glass doors. Colorful wooden rockers, dining table seating 6, and electric grill are available on the deck. There is a stairway from the deck to the ground just a few feet from the swimming pool. A boardwalk leads straight to the beach where you find few other people, if any.

Pelicans and gulls fly overhead fishing and dolphins may be seen in the water. Fishing can be done from the beach with a valid fishing license. The surf is typically gentle. This area is one of peace, quiet, and tranquillity. One can walk the beach, pick up shells, or swim. Children can run and play, swim, and build sand castles.

The front of our Dunes Club unit has an additional large deck with stairs to the ground and the other two floors above. Adirondack chairs have been provided and serve as a great place to make long distance cell phone calls. The elevator and rolling carts from the ground level parking area makes moving in and out easy as well as transporting groceries.

The unit is spacious, with luxury leather sofas with 5 recliners, and includes all necessary amenities. The master bedroom features a huge king-size bed which could easily sleep three persons. It has an adjacent master bathroom with bath tub and shower. The second bedroom has a full-size bed plus a single bed with an adjacent bathroom which also is accessible from the main hallway. The third bedroom is small, colorful an set of bunk beds and small mounted TV. The master bedroom has a new flat screen television on the wall. The second master also has a wall mounted-swivel television. There is a large laundry room which provides extra storage area.

Our host was outstanding! She quickly replied to any questions we had prior to our trip and to one issue we had prior to departing. We loved the unit we stayed in. Everything was on one floor and so well laid out and furnished. Cozy, comfortable decks allowed privacy and great views of the Gulf. An elevator made it easy to cart items to our room. The pool area was so clean with comfortable chairs also. We loved this place and would recommend it to our vacationing friends.

Quite but great place for the family vacation

We just returned from an amazing week at Serenity Beachfront Condo at Cape San Blas and it truly exceeded our expectations. Very roomy private space with quiet beach accessible across the board walk. The location is perfect to do a day trip to shopping at Port St. Joe, or St. George island. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped beach rental for a family vacation, this is it!

Quiet and relaxing!

We enjoyed staying here very much. The pool was quiet and relaxing and the beach is beautiful! We enjoyed sitting on the back balcony with the constant breeze blowing. The balcony has stairs that lead to the pool which was also very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Our whole family loved the condo at Cape San Blas. It was nice, clean, and had everything that we needed to make our vacation great and comfortable. We cooked most of our meals in house at the condo and had everything that we needed. If we ever return to FL we definitely want to stay here again.

At least it was clean

Host communicated well, unit was clean, overall the unit was good. Keypad didn’t work and we had one single key left under the mat for everyone to use. That is less than ideal and not safe at all, for the guest and the host. She said the keypad battery dies fast, then change it out ! This was really a concern for us. Listing said there was a futon bed, and then it said there was a sofa bed, there was neither of those. She had said that there was nowhere for her to put that there was a queen size blowup mattress, so she just chose futon, but in the description she put that there was a sofa bed, she could’ve at least put in the description that there was a blowup mattress. Not really sure where you would place this mattress considering there’s really no room, you could place it in the living room floor, but there is zero room. I could only see this being a problem if you had someone who was unable to get up and down off of the floor. There’s no beach towels as stated so bring your own. We were there for 7 days and we were giving 1 towel, one washcloth per person for those seven days, they do provide laundry detergent so you can wash the towels,who wants to do laundry on vacation?Would be nice to have at least had 2 towels per person for the week. My biggest concern, was that the listing stated that there was a hot tub and there was no hot tub to be found, when I asked the host where the hot tub was, she to Get in the pool it’s hot. That was The only reason we booked here,

The yellow chairs on the front porch let you know you've arrived. Nice site to see. Nice location to the beach and nice boardwalk. Pool area clean and well maintained. Elevator door was stuck once but they had a property owner on site and they took care of it QUICKLY.
