The master bedroom features a king-size bed and direct access to the balcony, while the en-suite bathroom offers a stand-alone shower and a relaxing garden tub. Both guest bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, and one enjoys peaceful canal views—allowing you to experience the best of both water vistas.

The Summer House complex offers resort-style amenities, including an on-site pool, hot tub, and a shared grilling area. Step onto the private balcony, complete with comfortable patio furniture, and savor breathtaking sunset dinners with your family. Whether you’re relaxing, playing in the sand, or making lasting beach memories, this condo provides the perfect coastal escape.

Cable is available in the living room, and all bedrooms feature smart TVs for convenient streaming.

Non-smoking unit and no pets allowed. All rentals are on a first come first serve basis when booking.


CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. Home Away from Home

We love Summer House and have stayed in a variety of units in this small complex over the years. Love that they now have spaces reserved in the garage to store beach supplies and bicycles. The grounds and facility are well maintained by polite and helpful staff and each condo we have stayed in has been beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and great amenities. We have been coming to Mexico Beach for our family vacation for 13 years now and love it.

We loved our view from the balcony. The pool was fantastic and perfectly clean. All of the property was clean and cared for. The workers were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Less than expected

We loved the condo, location, layout, how it was furnished, but it had leaky windows and a severe black mold problem that took a while to figure out. Furnace went out, it got fixed asap, they tried repairing the leaking windows but to no avail, dehumidifier went out mold started growing everywhere but it had been growing from before us we could tell by where the cleaning people missed it behind things. We felt bad for everyone involved but it made our stay less much less than it would have been. We were given a decent a refund and they said someone would call us in the next day or two to come clean good but that never happened, I was disappointed in that when I tell a client something I do it and follow up. I started to get sores in my nose and mouth while there, after I got home I got really sick, still trying to get better. I am not sure if it was from the mold or not. We found out there is a lawsuit in play against the building and windows issue so clearly someone knew about this problem. We prob would have rebooked this unit had we not had all these issues. We have been coming to Mexico Beach for a few years now, my church sent a semi of products there after Michael, I personally sent a skid of water so our hearts are there and we will be back just not sure where we will stay or what company we will use. Perfect summer vacation

First, let me start by saying the decor looks like something out of a magazine. The view from the balcony and master bedroom was wonderful. The beach is across the highway BUT it was still closer than some of the places we have stayed that were “beachfront”, and we could see our tents from the room. The area isn’t overly crowded and is perfect for little kids. The pool and hot tub were another favorite for the children. One of the families that lives there talked to us and made us feel so welcome. They interacted with the kids in the pool and conversed with us every time we saw them. Check in/out was a breeze. Some of the appliances could use updating; the washer drum is off balance and makes a terrible racket if you don’t pull it away from the wall about 6 inches. It knocked the door off one night. The sink drips in the kitchen if you don’t place it just right when cutting it off. (The garbage disposal was an amazing addition to the amenities if you cook a lot) the dishwasher doesn’t always empty completely after running a cycle. The water heater needs to be replaced (they’re actually working on that now 😊)...overall it was a wonderful trip and we would definitely stay there again for our annual family vacation. 5 stars all the way.
