Summary:
The Blue Pearl is a 4/3 Gulf View home located in beautiful Cape San Blas in the San Dunes Community.

The Space:
The Blue Pearl, is a gorgeous 4/3 Gulf view home located in North Cape San Blas, in the quiet San Dunes community. Just an easy 2 minute walk to the community pool and a 3 minute walk to beach, you and your family will enjoy the best of The Forgotten Coast. 


Accommodates 10 guests: (2) king beds, (1) queen bed, (1) twin/twin bunk bed (1) twin with twin trundle.


On the bottom level of the home, you'll find a covered carport big enough for 2+ vehicles, with access to the bottom screened room that features outdoor furniture and an outdoor hot/cold shower making it a great place to relax after a day at the beach! 


On the main level, you have a great open floor plan with a plenty of comfortable seating. There is access onto a spacious deck that has gorgeous Gulf views and outdoor seating. There are also decks on the Bay side of the house to enjoy the sunrise every morning. 


Our kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, is stocked with everything we think you’ll need during your vacation with us. Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes/silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils, glassware, and much more!

The dining room has a large table that can accommodate up to eight people and four additional bar stools can be found at the kitchen bar. There is a built in workspace/desk for those who need to work while on vacation!


The Loggerhead Run Bike Path is an eight mile trail on Cape San Blas that runs the length of the Cape from St. Joseph Peninsula State Park to Salinas Park along Hwy 30E/Cape San Blas Road, and is great for walking, jogging or biking and is just across the street from the house. 


Your reservation includes a $250 credit for beach gear! Choose from bikes, coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach wagons, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. Best part, its delivered to the unit and is waiting for you upon your arrival.  


The Blue Pearl is a non smoking unit, and is pet friendly for an additional fee of $150 per pet, max 2. (dogs only please) Bookings through a third party site (VRBO), will have this fee added onto your reservation at the office.

Bring your furry friends along! This pet-friendly property warmly welcomes dogs for an additional fee of $150 per dog (maximum of two). Breed approval required—contact the office for details.

Guest Access:
There will be a guest information book inside of the home with local area info, restaurants, etc.

San Dunes Policies

The following are policies that should be followed by owners and communicated to any guests or
renters.
1. Animals are not allowed in the San Dunes pool.
2. Animals should be on leashes at all times.
3. Owners and guests may walk on the right of way and the easements, not across private
property.
4. The pathways to the boardwalks between Lots 1 and 2 and Lots 3 and 4 must be kept clear.
Cars may not park in the easements to the boardwalk nor may equipment be placed in the
walkway.
5. Cars may not park on the easement or on another owner’s private property. NO cars may use
the driveways leading to the boardwalks unless they are of the owners/renters of the houses
owning those driveways.
6. Music and loud noises should cease by 10:00 p.m.
7. All pool rules should be followed.
8. Trash cans should be moved back to the house on the day of trash pickup.
9. Any exterior lighting on a homeowner’s property shall be turned off by 10 PM and may not be
left on overnight. (During Turtle Season, May – Oct 31, outside lights must be off at sundown,
however, if pool lights are not visible past the pool enclosure, they can they stay on until
10:00.)
10. No boats, trailers, or motor homes shall be stored on any Lot, except underneath a structure in a
place that is concealed with screening or foundation walls. (Covenants Article VII. F. 1.)
11. Shark fishing is prohibited by San Dunes residents and renters in and around San Dunes.
12. The pool has a capacity of 15 people. Guests and residents should use the pool for no more
than 2 hours at a time and may not leave items at the pool when they leave.

We loved this house! It was so well stocked in the kitchen which was great. Short walk to the beach which was also nice. Appreciated it being pet friendly. Comfy beds. Lots of space for everyone to have privacy. The basketball goal was a fun touch as was the hot tub area. We have been coming to CSB for years and this has been my favorite house thus far.

Wonderful house! Well stocked

Everything we wanted and more in the kitchen. Short walk to the beach. The house had it all. We brought our dog and there are couch covers and a dog bowl. Plenty of games, TV’s, seating and the wood floors are great. We got to enjoy the hot tub too. Our family loves Cape San Blas and so glad the rebuild post hurricane happened. Lots of stairs! The coffee bars, soaps and more were such a great thing to have.

Cape San Blas First Timers

The Blue Pearl was a perfect place for our family of 9! The decks were great for relaxing during the day and evening and were the smaller decks which offered wonderful views of the sunrises each morning. The kitchen is very well stocked and we were grateful for the extra beach towels provided. Kara at Coastline Vacation Rentals was wonderful as well. Thank you for a great week and fun memories!

great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Blue Pearl. The house had plenty of room for our party of 9. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes and lots of extras. The beds were very comfortable and each room had plenty of space and storage. The beach was just a short walk away and not crowded at all. We would definitely recommend this house and look forward to coming back next year.

We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Pearl. The house was just as described. The main living area was on the top floor which made it easy for everyone to look out and see the pretty view. The distance to the beach was a short easy walk. Coastal Rental was very prompt in getting back to us when there was a problem with the hot water heater. It was fixed quickly. There were a lot of stairs to climb especially having the main on the top floor, so this might be a problem for those having mobility issues. We definitely will stay here again!

End of Summer Getaway

This was our 2nd trip to Cape San Blas. We loved staying on this side of the cape. The beach was a short walk from the house. We had views of both the gulf and the bay. We had a couple of minor issues pop up during our stay but the property manager was super responsive. Our family had the best time and we will be back.
