AQUA VISTA is a lovely 2 storey holiday home that accommodates up to a maximum of 11 guests with plenty of room to move and the added bonus of bringing your furry friends (dogs only). Large well equipped separate games/entertaining room. Only a short drive to the Main Street of Port Vincent and beach. Driveway/carport for parking - no kerbside parking.

Upstairs:
Open plan kitchen with side by side fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven/separate grill, gas stove top, slide-out pantry, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric frypan, sandwich press, slow cooker, island bench, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner. Dining area with ceiling fan/light, table/chairs, small balcony off dining room overlooks front yard.
Separate living room with L shaped lounge, coffee table, TV-non smart, Blu Ray player, air-conditioner, ceiling fan/light.

Main bedroom with TV-non smart, DVD player, built in robe, ceiling fan/light, sliding door leading out onto back balcony.

Bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, hair dryer, fan/light/heater, separate w/c.

Downstairs:
2 bedrooms both with ceiling fan/lights, one with built in robe, one with hanging rack/shelves.
Bathroom with vanity, shower over small child bath, separate w/c with vanity.

Laundry with front loading washing machine, dryer, sink, iron and ironing board.

Detached games/entertaining room in rear yard with kitchenette, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, sink, cutlery/utensils, cups/plates/bowls, ceiling fans, pool table, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, lounge, TV-non smart, DVD player, bar and stools, dart board, table/chairs.

Under rear verandah is a large outdoor table/chairs, hooded BBQ with side burner, small outdoor lounge, small fire pit - to be only used on the paved area (Non fire ban season only)

Parking in driveway or carport only. No parking on the street as there is not enough room.

Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, cafe`, take-away and excellent hotel dining facilities.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - king, bed 2 - king plus bunk, bed 3 - double plus tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top)

Linen can be hired - $44 for king bed, $38.50 for double/queen per bed, $27.50 for single per bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.
