Apartment Sienna is a delightful holiday home that is tastefully decorated and located in the closed complex of Rocha Prime in Praia da Rocha, within walking distance to the beach. With such an excellent location in the centre of Praia da Rocha, within easy reach of several golf courses and beaches, this is an ideal destination apartment to enjoy with family and friends throughout the year.

The comfortable 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 4th floor and can be accessed by lift or stairs. It is also equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout.

One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and the other bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, both with fitted wardrobes. There are two bathrooms, one fitted with a bath and overhead shower and the other with a walk-in shower. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils, such as a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric hob, microwave, iron and ironing board.

The living / dining room is open plan, light and spacious, with large windows, satellite TV, a large and comfortable sofa for lounging and a dining table. This space opens out onto the balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the afternoon sun.

Rocha Prime is an excellent development located on the first line of Praia da Rocha beach, which makes it unique in Praia da Rocha. The complex also has one of the best-rated locations in Portimão, only a 2 minute walk from the beach and a short walk from a variety of excellent restaurants and bars. The picturesque sandstone cliffs nearby offer beautiful coastal walks & secluded sandy coves which link to the main stretch of Praia da Rocha beach. In the evenings, the lively entertainment on the main street of Praia da Rocha is not to be missed.

Car hire is not necessary, however if you wish to hire a car we can assist you.

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday (however, this may be flexible in low season).

According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year:
