will not stay there aging, terrible overall, Truck window got smashed and laptop stolen, parked right by front door. When approached Manager about the issue, she was rude and completely unapproachable. Do a lot of travel for Business, but will never stay here again. Definitely do not recommend.

We stayed two nights and we had a great time. Breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable and clean. Shower had good water pressure. We watched our favorite shows on the smart tv. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. We took the shuttle to the airport and she drove us safely and on time. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic value and a safe and comfortable place to stay near the airport.

Black mold in shower and the whole room reeked of cigarette smoke. It was about average in terms of cleanliness overall but the smell of the cigarettes just overwhelmed everything. Room is dated and nothing special. Won’t stay again.

The staff were very friendly but there were some pretty major facility issues that means we should not have charged for our stay. Our fridge didn't work and we had to throw most of our groceries away after the first night(about$30 worth). We told the front desk and they said they'd replace it or fix it. Same broken fridge when we came back the second night with food/drinks we needed kept cool (another $20). On top of that, the water was turned off for party of the day and even 6 we went to shower that night, the tub turned brown. Two really major issues that matter more than almost anything else besides a clean bed were non-existent for our stay and yet we still had to pay the bill. That's not right.

Arrived late evening - staff was extremely nice and gave a lot of suggestions on places to visit while in the area and even on the coast to where I was heading next. Room was very nice, bed was comfy, plenty of parking, lots of options for breakfast. Nice place to stay if you need a place to crash by the airport.

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The area was quiet and felt safe. It was close to the airport and other amenities. Can't wait to visit Portland again, and we will definitely be staying here again!

Not a great experience. As soon as you walk in, even with a prepaid booking, they want to charge $100 for "incidentals" which is refundable. Don't even provide water for drinking. Breakfast was probably below average.

Good option in Portland

Our room was very clean It was surprisingly quiet for an airport hotel. There was also ample free parking. Only a couple minor annoyances: The bathroom vent fan was very loud and did not seem to do much. It was tied to the light switch so there was no way to turn it off while using the bathroom. Second, in spite of the room size, which was big, there was only one chair and small table. There was plenty of room for a sofa or loveseat and coffee table. Instead, there was just a big empty space.
