Staff has failed to reach out to me paid $48 to have my vehicle valeted when I received my car back the following morning they had hit my car no one seem to be concerned or apologized have contacted hotel they would not give me the supervisors information stating there was not a phone number to contact them at. Will definitely not recommend this location filing with my insurance to have this disputed

I stayed during a snow and ice storm when much of the city was shut down and without power. the Courtyard City Center was a welcome refuge. My room was comfortable and quiet. WiFi was excellent. The staff was friendly and hospitable. The restaurant was working with a reduced menu, but my meal was very good and reasonably priced. I would stay here again.

Staff was wonderful, walkways were kept clear which was great considering the unexpected snow storm during my stay, and was super close to transportation (was in town for a convention and the train line went directly from hotel to the center, unfortunately it wasn’t running but that’s not anyones fault) and was an easy to find location! Upgrade fee for a corner room also was a reasonable price which was awesome. The lobby was absolutely freezing but again, weather changed unexpectedly and was unusual for the area, they did their best to keep it warm. Would stay again 10/10 if I ever find myself in Portland area in the future.

Our stay here was overall great, the staff was friendly and kind, check-in was quick and easy, and you can park right out front for 15 minutes and valet parking did a great job taking and retrieving our car, though a little pricey. The streets outside the hotel were dirty and felt unsafe so we couldn't walk to enjoy dinner out, but there were many options on food delivery apps that were around 30 minutes from order to delivery, so we did enjoy the food that was delivered to the front door in our clean room. Thank you all.
