although it is near the old town, it is in a safe location. it has a walkable distance to downtown and a coupld of public transport stops. It has a refridgerator inside the room and a microwave in the lobby.

No true amenities in the room -- no access to snack or breakfast items, except as part of a full restaurant meal, no microwave, few towels, inconsistent room temperature control, filthy bathroom (long black hair on toilet and in shower, even after maids had cleaned).
