The bedding was clean, so that was a bonus. There was visible gunk spilled all over the elevator floors. I think the worst part is I sat in the hot tub and couldn’t figure out what the foam on the top layer was until I seen a giant layer of grime float towards me with hair in it. Needless to say, I went back to my room and I cleaned myself. The bed was really hard and I now have a kink in my neck. Quite honestly disappointed that I spent that much money to stay somewhere that was that uncomfortable. I’ve booked the trip to Portland at this hotel for self-care. I was undoubtably disappointed. The only reason why even booked at this hotel is because the Porter had no available beds for my date. Also I’m pretty sure that my lotion was soap and the conditioner in the shower was weird in my hair.

Surprise fees don't get what paid for

Paid for a king suite and breakfast for two did not get any breakfast voucher for breakfast mention of it anything and then was charged additional for parking when the desk said it was included in stay then when I called and explained to whoever answered I got hung up on waste of almost $300 for one night room with a beautiful view is what we were told are view was just the senior center what a joke

We really appreciated the team in restaurant, check in, and felt seen. They remembered us at our last stay and we felt it was like a second home. The boxcar restaurant was welcoming and food was delicious.
