It is a lovely, clean hotel. The room is large and quite comfortable.

I felt like the majority of the staff were very friendly and cared about the guests. The hotel was clean and the rooms looked nice. The hotel is walking distance to the Moda Center, which was good to me since I went to two NBA Blazers games. The hotel has parking outside and easy to access elevators. I liked that the rooms had a microwave, small refrigerator and an easy to use safe. I want to thank staff members Tatiana, Randee, Zach, Brian and Marlin for making my stay more enjoyable. Marlin even took the time to help me with my rent a car heating system when it was the weather was "freezing rain" and there was snow and ice on the roads. I will stay at this hotel when I come back to Portland in the future.

Crown is the only hotel I will stay at when I come to Portland for blazers games, easy walk and excellent facilities. Staff, especially the people are the front desk are always so helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay near Moda center.

We stay at this hotel for events at the Oregon Convention Center. The staff is fabulous and a main reason we keep coming back. Steven at the front desk is super helpful and always goes out of his way to take care of our needs. In the restaurant/bar, Dylan and Michelle are the best! They make great drinks, get your food orders in a timely manner, and are friendly and attentive. The food at the restaurant is fabulous, nothing disappoints from all the items we have had. We love the mussels, shrimp tacos, wedge salad, vegan eggplant Parmesan with Polenta and the Portland Rose cocktail. The rooms are nice, beds are comfy. The pool area is nice and good sized pool and hot tub. Definitely our go to hotel for convention visits. Would 10/10 recommend.

I found cleaning supplies left in my room and the shower curtain left on the sink. Called the front desk to let them know. asked if the curtain was clean and if i should hang it because I was exhausted from working at the hospital all day and needed to shower. Being I was trapped there by the snow was really needing to shower. The said that it was clean and that I could hang it and that they would compensate me for the issue. I was never compensated.
