The Noble Woods Escape is a fantastic home tucked away in a quiet Hillsboro neighborhood. There are a number of parks, trails, and Rock Creek just a short walk away. Downtown Portland sits barely 15 miles away so there is little doubt this will be a wonderful location for your family or small group to stay while you experience all the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Entering the home, you will find a great layout with the main level enjoying the primary living room, kitchen, and dining area. Additionally, there is a secondary living and sitting area with a desk, another TV, and a cozy couch. Most every bit of décor and furnishing is new and was curated to create that perfect blend of style and comfort for your stay.

One of the highlights for sure is the fully fenced backyard that includes a large covered area. It’s a beautiful spot to unwind and relax while firing up the BBQ and watching the kiddos and dogs play and with some of the many toys available.

Ascending upstairs you’ll find all four of the bedrooms and the two full bathrooms. There are two king beds and two queen beds to enjoy when its time to rest and recuperate before your next adventure. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
