When arrived and pulled up under the covered area where the front doors are to go in, my wife was dropping me off to go inside to check in. While obtaining my wallet to go inside an employee walked out and rudely said you can’t park here. I informed them I know m. My wife was dropping me off to go check in and I was in the process of stepping out of my vehicle. After checking in and entering into our room the door would not shut all the way. The door frame was not aligned which caused the door to not close very good. The deadbolt lock would get stuck. The manager on duty came up to assist and just told us to be sure to just shimmy the lock and it would close. No offer to swap room. So we stayed and felt with it. After our first night, the next morning the bathroom counter was covered in water and water was on floor. There was a leak under the faucet. The hotel sent a maintenance crew up to fix it. Other than those issues we had no other issues. We had called to ask for the manager to voice our complaints and was told they would have the manager call us. We never heard back. We were only there two days so we didn’t bother to pursue it further. We decided we would not be staying there next time. The hotel lobby and rooms were clean but after the experience we had we were not pleased.
