We came to shop. Hotel was as nice as always. The renovation concerning the elevators was inconvenient but NOT very bad. Alice was the queen of the breakfast nook, loved her banter. Brandon ,(mgr?), was very pleasant and accommodating. Love Hyatt Place

We didn’t know it was being renovated which was an inconvenience. At one point there was a 20 minute wait for the elevator and no real access to stairs (or not communicated). We stayed in our room during the day and it was very loud. The staff member that checked us in did upgrade to a higher floor, but it was still loud. The shower never got hot either. Otherwise, the room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfy. The location is perfect and the staff was very friendly.
