Iris Acres has a land size of 42 acres (over 17,1500 sqm) and floor size of 303 sqm with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The entire house is designed in a U shape. The centre of the house is featured with a gorgeous open kitchen and dining area that can accommodate 8~10 people sharing a meal.
On the right wing, the lounge room is featured with a sandstone fireplace. This is an entertainment area for friends and families to entertain each other with traditional board games instead of mobile phones or tablets. There is a very large TV room opposite to the lounge room.
There are 4 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms on the Left Wing. Here are the room and bed configurations:
1 Queen - x2 people 1 King - x2 people with Ensuite Bathroom 1 King - x2 people Trip bunk bed( 1 Single + 1 Double + 1 Pull-out Mattress _- 4 kids
At the end of the Left Wing, there is a Ping Pong table and a pool table in the garage. Why not have a friendly competition among your group?

We have an indoor fireplace and split system to keep you warm at wintertime keep you cool in the summertime.
Please notes that We will have one security camera on the front veranda, they will be on during your stay
In winter, we have a fireplace and an air-conditioner that can generate enough heat for the living room and kitchen area. There are heaters in the bed rooms.
In summer, we have split air-conditioning system in the lounge and there are ceiling fans in our bedrooms.

Facilities were great and Wendy was very helpful and responsive. The property was exactly what we were looking for. A quiet location with good views, and most importantly for us, a large enough table to play board games.

Portland stay
Such a beautiful peaceful place for a getaway, the house is superb and the pool table and badminton provided night time entertainment. The fireplace looked lovely but we didn’t get around to using it. The kangaroos were a nice welcome every time we left the house. Overall we would definitely stay there again.

Great property great location
Excellent well maintained property with all facilities and amenities required to make the stay extremely enjoyable. Nice to see plenty of kangaroos floating around the property in the morning and evening. Easy check in / check out. Definately would stay again in future.

Beautiful location
Only thing was there wasn’t enough wood for the fire but it was a beautiful location and setting and I would love to go back one day 😊
