Great room. Clean, spacious, full refrigerator, dishwasher, bed really firm, actually a bit too hard for me but YMMV. Great breakfast selections, kept hot and filled up.

The room was clean. The people working there were friendly and efficient. Location was perfect for me. The light in the kitchen are was too dim. The door to the bathroom was awkward swinging in due to the design. The technology in the TV was poor. The food was marginal and repetitive (scrambled eggs and pre cooked omlets with too much fake cheese.. None of that will prevent from staing again

It was hotels.com screw up--not the hotel! Three days before my trip, I asked online for the dates I was checking in and out to be adjusted--the next day I got an email from hotels.com saying the hotel agreed to the change and it was done, and I even got a confirmation email. However, when I got to the hotel, they still had the original dates! They accessed the reservation via Expedia and discovered that the "virtual card" issued for my payment would not be valid until the next day! I showed the clerk the confirmation email hotels.com had sent me, but without the "virtual card" he could not check me in. He spent over 45 minutes on the phone with a hotels.com agent and it finally got straightened out. I am most displeased with hotels.com--NOT the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at Larkspur Landing. It fit my needs and the price was right. The kitchen supplies were missing some pots and cutlery but since I bring my own it was not a concern. I mentioned it to the front desk and they would have taken care of it immediately if i wanted. The dishwasher worked great! It was pretty clean but there was some "debris" in one of the clothes drawers and some stickiness on the desk. It was a problem for me. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a modest and conveniently located place to stay with a kitchen. The housekeeping staff gave me extra towel and tissue when asked since I had the do not disturb notice up. Ever one who worked there was welcoming

The staff and accommodation was excellent. The room was spacious with a desk comfortable chair as well as a desk swivel chair. Wifi was fast with no problems Breakfast had fresh fruit and yogurt plus 4 hot items at the buffet.
